Open a new raster image 448X448, fill with white.

With rectangle shape, fill one of the stained glass tiles in white, I used 307s at 48%, stroke white width 6, draw an oval on the canvas like on my tag. Convert to raster. With wand, select the white border, promote selection to layer, add noise of Gaussian-98-Monochrome, and then again, deselect.

With circle preset shape, fill one of the stained glass tiles in gold, I used 1102V, stroke white width 6, draw an oval on the canvas like on my tag. Convert to raster. With wand, select the white border, promote selection to layer, add noise of Gaussian-98-Monochrome, and then again, deselect.

With rectangle preset shape, fill one of the stained glass tiles in red, I used 151RR at 48 %, stroke white width 6, draw a rectangle on the canvas like on my tag. Convert to raster. With wand, select the white border, promote selection to layer, add noise of Gaussian-98-Monochrome, and then again, deselect. Move this layer below the circle layer.

With pixel font, vector-white fill-size 16-Anti Alias off, type this text above Oval layer:
Merry Christmas
Convert to raster and add a small Christmas preset shape before the Merry, I used SKChristmas30, one of Shawna's preset Christmas shapes. Line it up, close off visibility of all but the Merry Christmas and the shape, merge visible and reopen other layers. Now then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies, with these settings: Tiling-Default numbers. Resize 88%. With wand, no feather, select inside the oval frame, selections invert and delete excess text.

With triangle preset shape and one of the green stained glass, I used 125A, stroke width 1 #004000, draw a triangle on the canvas above all the shapes. Convert to raster, duplicate, resize 88%, and move it on top of original, repeat twice more so the tree is 4 tiers of triangles.

With rectangle preset shape and a brown, I used 3176s, draw a rectangle below the triangles for the trunk.

With a star preset shape and a yellow, I used 1102RR, draw a small star for the top of the tree.

With the Christmas tubes, add as many presents as you like to the bottom of the tree.

With the preset shape SKRandom31, draw a note shape below the tree layers, I used 305s fill and 100H stroke stained glass. Rotate it a little to the right, convert to raster. Then type with pixel font your santa wish list, rotate a little to make it follow the shape. Convert to raster.

Add tube as a new layer, resize, sharpen and position as needed. Duplicate, Gaussian Blur of 2, and change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add a new layer above white bg, fill with 152A stained glass, Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Duplicate it just to make it more visible.

Add the artist credits for the tubes used.
Add your name with script font.

Then we drop shadow all layers, I used 0,0,48,4 on every layer that needed one.

If there is any extra canvas, use the crop tool and crop it away.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibilty of white BG and export as a png file.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. Delete copyright layer. I then resized it to 448 width, the height will auto size.

Open the photo you will be using, resize it to 350 height. Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen. Then Adjust-Softness-Soft Focus with the setting of New Morning on default numbers. On the template, with wand, Add the photo as a new layer above the bottom small photo layer. Position it, select inside of each frame, modify expand by 4, invert, and delete excess. Keep selected. Move the other 2 small photo layers above the first small photo layer, change all of the gray on those 3 layers to #f9d8e9. Change the blend mode of the photo to Luminance[L].

While still selected, add PI_ele13_PPS[it is snow] as a new layer. duplicate this snow and move it down just a little, duplicate and move it down a little, duplicate again and move it down a little. Then on each snow layer lete the excess snow. Deselect. Once all have been done, close off visibility to all but the first snow layer. Change all 4 snow layers blend mode to Screen.

Again for the photo, resize to 448 width, do the same sharpen and soft focus, then add as a new layer above the photo layer, position it, select outside the photo layer with wand and delete excess photo on tag. Change gray on gray photo layer to Move the other 2 small photo layers above the first small photo layer, change all of the gray on those 3 layers to #f9d8e9, change blend mode of tree photo to Luminance[L].

Open PI_ele9_PPS, resize to 448 width, add as a new layer above bottom photo, position, erase any outside of frame, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Open PI_pp5_PPS paper, resize to 448 width. For each frame, select with wand, modify contract by 2 for big, 3 for small, then invert, add paper as a new layer and delete excess, deselect.

For both snow star layers, change color to #f9d8e9, add noise of Gaussian-32-Monochrome, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add tube as a new layer, position. Erase any tube outside of frame. Duplicate the tube and apply Gausian Blur of 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light. Move the big snow stars above the tubes.

Open the Vix mask. On tag, Add a new layer above white bg, add same paper as the frames. Click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the Vix mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then duplicate, mirror and position both layers to your liking.

Add PI_ele31_PPS as a new layer, resize 32%, position by the frames. Sharpen.

Add PI_ele3_PPS as a new layer, resize 48%, position on right, Enhance Edges.

Add the artist credits for the tube and photo used.
Add your name to it.

Then we drop shadow all layers, I used 0,0,48,4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Close off visibility of the white bg layer. Close off visibility of all animated layers except the bottom one, which was the first snow layer. So your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibilty on the first animated layer and open visibilty on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there. After all, CTRL+A to select all, right click and choose Frame Properties, change that number to 24.

I used the save option of 48% opacity and color #f7ecf1,to match my blog theme, you might need to choose another color.

Save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.
