Supplies Needed:
A working knowledge of PSP
4 tubes of choice
Template 48 from Blissfully Beth, links are on left side of page
Eleganzia FTU scrap kit by Tina from Creative Misfits Creations
Cabaret font from Dafont

Open template 244, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original.
Delete the copyright layer. I then cropped it some, and resized it to 448 height, the width will auto size. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center. Select BG Layer at the bottom, fill with white.

On template, layer 1 with wand select inside frame, Selections-Modify-Expand By 1 then Invert, and add tube as a new layer, position and delete excess, then on frame layer invert and change the white color to #404040 and deselect.
Repeat for layers 2 and 3.

Layers 4, 5 and 6, select inside frame, expand by 1, invert, add paper 10 as a new layer, delete excess and deselect.

Layer 5, select inside, expand by 1, invert, add paper 15 as a new layer, delete excess, deselect.

On each frame layer, select the black frame and change the color to #404040, then Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel these settings:
Bevel 2:Width 10:Smoothness 25:Depth 7:Ambiance -20:Shininess 35:Color white:Angle 315:
Intensity 35:Elevation 60.
Then Adjust-Add Remove Noise-Add Noise with these settings:
Gaussian:48:Monochrome selected.

Add tube on right side and position.

Add any elements you like to tag, resizing and position as needed.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on all layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add a new raster layer, fill with white, then click Effects-Texture Effects-Tiles with these settings:
Tile Shape Square:Tile Angularity 74:Tile Size 32:Border Size 2:Image Smoothness 0:Depth 4:Ambiance 0:Shininess 48:Light Color white:Angle 0:Intensity 48:Elevation 32.
Then with the wand, click on the black lines of the grid, then click Selections-Modify-Select Similar with these settings:
Tolerance 16:Discontiguous:Sample Merged not selected:Anti Alias selected:Inside.
Invert and delete the white on the mesh, deselect. Then Selections-Modify-Contract By 32, then Selections-Invert and delete, deselect.
Then click Effects-Plugins-Mura's Meister-Copies, and use these settings:
Feedback [Center] and only change the number setting to 8.

With dingbat font-Vector-Stroke black-Width 2-Fill black-Size 348, type the letter r on tag, then Objects-Align-Center and right click on this layer in layer palette and convert to raster. Then with wand select inside the inner part of font and then Selections-Modify-Contract by 8, then Selections-Modify-Smooth-Both numbers 10-Both boxes selected, then click delete.
On outside black of font, select with wand, then modify contract by 3, add a new raster above and fill with white, deselect, then Adjust-Add Remove Noise-Add Noise with these settings:
Gaussian : 48 : Monochrome selected, then repeat noise. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

With wand, select inside the inner frame and then Selections-Modify-Expand by 4, add a new raster below it and fill selection with #404040, deselect. Duplicate grayed layer, and click Effects-Texture Effects-Weave with these settings:
Gap Size 2:Width 4:Opacity 48:Both colors #ffffff:Fill Gaps selected.
Then on Layer Palette click where that layer says Normal and change Blend Mode to Soft Light.
Add one tube as new layer above it, and erase all outside of gray section. Then on Layer Palette change blend mode to Luminance[L] and adjust it's slider from 100 to 74 to lower Opacity.

On font layer, with wand select between the outer frame and the inner frame, add a new raster layer above grid layer and fill with #404040, deselect, then add noise like before, then Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes, with these settings:
Softness 0:Brush Bristles 75:Width 8:Opacity 25:Strokes Length 16:Density 100:Angle 0:Color black.
Then click Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone, with these settings:
Pattern Round Size 2:Screen Angles 108 162 90:Use As An Overlay not selected:Color Scheme RGB.
Adjust-Hue And Saturation-Colorize and having both numbers at 0.
Then click Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel these settings:
Bevel 2:Width 10:Smoothness 25:Depth 7:Ambiance -20:Shininess 35:Color white:Angle 315:
Intensity 35:Elevation 60.

Select the inner frame on font layer, Modify Contract by 2, add a new raster above, fill with white, add noise of Gaussian : 48 : Monochrome selected, repeat noise, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add another tube as new layer, resize 74% and Adjust-Hue And Saturation-Colorize and having both numbers at 0. Position on right, duplicate and mirror.
On all tubes, duplicate then click Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur with setting at 2, and change Blend Mode of duplicates to Soft Light. I also did this on big tube but on duplicate I greyscaled it first then Blend Mode Hard Light and Opacity 48%.

Add the artist credits for the tubes used.

Add your name to to it with font, then select inside every letter and apply the same Inner Bevel as before.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0:0:48:4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add frame 3 as a new layer, click Image-Resize and resize it 116%, position.
Add tube as new layer below frame, resize 28% and position on frame, then duplicate frame and move original above the tube and erase the top where her head it and on tube layer erase all outside sides and bottom of frame.

With the selection tool on rectangle, select on the frame, and add paper 1 as a new layer below bottom frame, resize 58% and position, then invert and delete excess paper, then on paper layer and both frame layers click Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen More. On tube layer duplicate then Gaussian Blur 2 and on layer palette click where it says Normal to change Blend Mode to Soft Light, then on original tube click Adjust-Sharpeness-Sharpen.

Add frame 1 as a new layer, click Image-Resize and resize it 116%, position. Then click Adjust-Brightness And Contrast-BrightnessContrast and move both sliders to the left as low as they will go which is -255 and -100, this will make the frame black. Add paper 2 as a new layer below circle frame, with wand select inside frame and click Selections-Modify-Expand By 6 and then Invert and delete excess paper, deselect. Add Honeycomb as a new layer and position. Then add BuzzyBee 1 as new layer, resize 74%and position on Honeycomb.

Add Daisy1 as a new layer, resize 74% and position, then add BuzzyBee2 as a new layer, resize 58% and position on Daisy.

Add Don't Worry Bee Happy as a new layer, resaize 58%, then click Image-Rotate-Free Rotate and rotate it 12 right, and position, click Adjust-Sharpeness-Sharpen More, then click Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat, then Modify-Expand By 2 and add a new raster below it and fill the selection with black and then deselect.

Add HoneyJar as a new layer, resize 58% and position. Add Stick Pin as a new layer, click Image-Rotate-Free Rotate and rotate it 12 left, and position in HoneyJar but have it be behind it, erase the tip showing at bottom, then duplicate and mirror, reposition if needed. On both sticks click Adjust-Sharpeness-Sharpen

Add Bow5 as a new layer, resize 58% and position on HoneyJar.

Add paper 12 as a new layer above white bg, then Open mask 341, and on tag click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then with Preset Shape Hexagon-Vector-Fill null-Stroke black-Width 1, draw a Hexagon on tag, then with wand select outside the shape and on mesh layer delete excess, deselect, then you can delete the Hexagon shape layer.

Add paper 4 as a new layer above the white bg, then Open mask 022, and on tag click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Supplies Needed:
A working knowledge of PSP
Tubes and 1 image of choice,These are Psyco's Alfred Hitchcock 1 and 2 and Bates Motel
Xenofex 2 PTU plugin from Alien Skin
Psychotic Robots font from Dafont

Open a 448 x 198 canvas, fill with #c0c0c0.
First Select All, Add a new raster layer and fill with white, then Modify-Contract By 4 and delete, Deselect.
Then with Pen Tool-Vector-Stroke white-Width 4-Fill null-Draw Lines And Polylines, draw lines like on my sample here:

Make sure all are merged together, you can do this by closing visibility on gray bg layer and merging the lines visible, then reopen bg.

Open your image, resize it to 448 width, add your image below the frame layer, position it so only the top is seen.

Now with selection tool on rectangle. select around the three middle squares, then on the photo layer promote selection. Keep selected and duplicate this layer three times for a total of four. On the first, click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Lightning with these settings:
Basic Tab: Taper Main Arc selected : Arc Thickness 24 : Jaggedness 88 : Branching 88 : Branch Spread 32 : Random Seed 4.
Glow Tab: Flash Size 32 : Glow Width 74 : Glow Opacity 74 : Inner Color White : Outer Color White.
Now repeat this on each copy of it only clicking the Random Seed button once each layer. While still selected, invert and then on each lightning copy delete the excess lightning, then deselect, on each click Adjust-Hue And Saturation-Colorize and having Hue 24 and Saturation 98, and close visibility of top three lightning layers.

Now with selection tool again draw selections around the two outer rectangles and promote that layer from original photo. Now apply Effects-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Cracks with these settings:
Click settings and use Crumbling : Crack Length 232.00 : Crack Spacing 58.00 : Crack Width 16.00 : Crack Depth 48 : Edge Roughness 32 : Light Direction 98 : Random Seed 4. Keep Selected, then on the original photo, promote this again, deselect and grayscale it by clicking Adjust-Hue And Saturation-Colorize and having both numbers at 0, then on the greyscale layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edge More twice.

On bottom rectangle, again use selection tool and promote selection from original photo, then apply the Cracks again but this time only change Random Seed to 7290, then again promote it from original and greyscale, deselect and Enhance Edges More four times.

Add Alfred Hitchcock tube, resize 36% and position on right. Duplicate and Gaussian Blur 2 and on layer palette change blend mode from normal to Soft Light.

Add Alfred Hitchcock 2 tube as new layer, resize 24%, position on left and on layer palette change blend mode from normal to screen.

On the white lines layer, duplicate, Select All-Float-Defloat and then click Effects-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Burnt Edges with these settings:
Click Setting of Ragged Edge For Thin Selection : Contract Expand Selection -4.00 : Burn Width 4.00 : Roughness 4 : Hollow Edges not selected : Burn Inside not selected : Burn Color Black : Make Selection Transparent selected : Overall Opacity 98 : Random Seed 4, then deselect and apply Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add the artist credits for the tube and image used.

Add your name to to it with font. To get this effect I used all capital letters-#404040 fill-white Stroke-Width 1 and then changed Blend Mode to Hard Light.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Close off visibility of all animated layers except the bottom one, which was the one you duplicated. So your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there. When all done copying and pasting, click CTRL+A to select all then right click on it and change Frame Properties to 24.

Save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add Hill as new layer, resize 68%.

Add House, resize 32%, position.

Add tree, resize 48%, position on hill in front of pink tree and erase any of pink tree if it can be seen.

Add fence, resize 48% and position.

Add grass, resize 52% and position.

Add cloud and sun, resize each 36% and position.

Add tube, resize 58% and position.

With paper 5 as fill-stroke null-preset shape rectangle, draw a rectangle about 62x239, convert to raster then Effects-Distortion Effects-Wave with these settings:
Horizontal Displacement Amplitude 1:Wavelength 12.
Vertical Displacement Amplitude 1:Wavelength 12.
Transparent.

Rotate this 16 to right and position from below girl to door like a path and you may have to reorder the layers if one goes in wrong placement.

Add any other elements you like.

Open paper, resize to 448 and rotate right 180, add as a new layer above white bg. Open mask, and on tag click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then duplicate this layer and on duplicate in layer palette change blend mode from normal to Multiply. Now duplicate this layer and mirror and duplicate it and change the first copy of it on left to normal but leave the second copy multiply, it just makes the mask darker is all.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-24-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close visibility of white bg and Export as a png file.

Open the separate frame, Shift+D to duplicate, close the original, delete the credit layer, resize to 448 and change the bg color to white and close off visibility for it. On the white rectangle layer, Select All-Float-Defloat-Modify Expand By 6, then Selections-Modify-Smooth with these settings:
Both numbers 10-Both boxes selected. Add a new raster layer below white frame and fill with #615773, deselect, on white frame click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and change the white frame to #cec5db. Add Inner Bevel with these settings to the both frames:
Bevel 5:Width 4:Smoothness 8:Depth 8:Ambiance 8:Shininess 32:Col white:Angle 0
:Intensity 32:Elevation 48
On the big purple frame apply Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

For the vine and flowers layer, use the lasso tool to draw around the flowers on that layer Freehand:Feather 0:Mode is Add(Shift), once you have them all circled, right click on that layer in layer palette and promote selection to layer and then on original layer delete to delete them off there, deselect. Try to stay as close to the flowers as possible and not remove the vine. Then repeat this for the leaves too.
Now to recolor them all, click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction: For the vines I used Foliage-GreenLt, the leaves Foliage-Generic, the flowers Standard-Color104. Then on the flowers and leaves layers apply Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More.

With rectangle selection tool, draw a rectangle on frame and add a new raster layer below frames and fill selection with #bbb1c9, open photo and resize to 448 width add as new layer above purple layer then invert and delete excess photo, set Blend Mode to Soft Light and then apply Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes with these settings:
Softness 2:Brush Bristles 256:Width 4:Opacity 50:Strokes Length 10:Density 25:Angle 102:Color #000000

Add Diamond Flowers as a new layer above white bg, then resize 48%, duplicate 3 times and rearrange the 4 around the frame.

Add Doodle above white bg, resize 74% and then click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and have white in top box and bottom box #8e64b5, it will change it to different shades of purple. Reduce Opacity to 48.

Add the BirdHouse And Bird as new layers, resize house 32% and bird 36% and position.

Add Charm as new layer, resize 36% and position.

Add Beaded Wire, resize 74% and position below charm.

Add Spilled Glitter above white bg, then apply Effects-Reflection Effects-Kaleidoscope with these settings:
Horizontal Offset 61:Vertical Offset -20:Rotation Angle 121:Scale Factor 3:Number Of Petals 10:Number Of Orbits 0:Radial Suction 30:Edge Mode Wrap. Now erase any touching edges of tag.

Open mask, add paper 2 as a new layer above the white bg. then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 104%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add tube as new layer, resize 68%, sharpen and position.

On white bg, click with wand then Image-Crop To Selection.

Resize the spilled glitter layer 94%, sharpen.

With Arcade font and both colors #f0ea84, type It's Spring! and position on tag then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font. Use Frivolity font, Stroke #615773-Fill #bbb1c9, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used either 0-0-24-4 or 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one. I did apply the 48 one to both the text and name twice however.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open the separate frame, resize to 424 and add as a new layer on tag. Click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and change the white to #202020. Add Inner Bevel with these settings:
Bevel 2:Width 10:Smoothness 25:Depth 7:Ambiance -20:Shininess 35:Color white:Angle 315:Intensity 35:Elevation 60.

Add paper 14 as new layer below frame and erase all outside frame.

Add tube as new layer, resize 74% and position.

Add element 41 as a new layer, resize 32%, position at top left, then move that layer below the paper and duplicate it three times and position those around the tag.

Open mask, add paper 11 as a new layer above the white bg. then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 104%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the following elements as new layers, position and resize to these settings:
35 at 24%, 14 at 16%, 3 at 16%, 6 at 32%, 33 at 24%, 24 at 24%, 48 at 24% rotate right 16, 47 at 24% rotate right 8, 32 at 24%.

Add element 52 below tube and erase any at edges of tag.

Add the text Moments In Time to tag with Champagne font and paper 12 as both fill and stroke, position and then sharpen-sharpen more.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font. Use Kontor font, vector, with paper 12 as both fill and stroke, then duplicate and edit that so the stroke is #202020 width 2 with fill null, then on paper font layer add effects of noise: Gaussian:32:Monochrome, then Inner Bevel like frame, then click sharpen-sharpen more.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add element 65 as a new layer, resize 48%, then duplicate. On duplicate, erase where the bow is on the corner so you have 2 lines only, then rotate right 180, and position it on the original so some of the lines protrude out. Then add element 72 as new layer, resize 32% and position at top.

Open the photo, resize to 400 width and add as a new layer below frame lines and erase all outside of frame.

Open mask, unsize the photo and this time resize it to 448 width and add as a new layer above the white bg. then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 108%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add element 25, resize 36% and position on right.

Add element 27 as a new layer, resize 32% and position on right.

Add element 4, resize 36% and position lower.

Add tube as new layer, resize 74% and position, sharpen.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font, then sharpen-sharpen more twice.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With ellipse preset shape-vector-stroke null-fill paper 2, draw a circle on tag, align center, then duplicate and edit the duplicate so it has no fill and stroke is #aa584c-width 4. Convert both to raster. Click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction, change the white to #c6c6a2.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-fill paper 6-stroke null, draw a rectangle on tag, then duplicate and edit the duplicate so it has no fill and stroke is #667f5f-width 4. Convert both to raster.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-fill paper 5-stroke null, draw 2 squares on tag. Duplicate both and edit those so it has no fill and stroke is #764e44-width 8. Convert all to raster. On brown squares apply EC5 Textures-Texture Noise with the following settings:
Cloud Cover-And change only these settings:
Select add noise to original image-select invert-select seamless tile

With pen tool-vector-fill null-stroke #b78378-width 4-style Dash Dot Dot, draw a line on tag at top, repeat for bottom.

On all frame layers and both lines, apply the following Inner Bevel:
Bevel 5:Width 4:Smoothness 8:Depth 8:Ambience 8:Shininess 32
Color white:Angle 0:Intensity 32:Elevation 48

Add the tree as a new layer above the brown squares. Erase all the tree except the bottom leaves, position in center.
Then apply Mura's Copies with the following settings:
Wallpaper[rotate] and change the number to 32
Now erase all outside of brown squares and change blend mode to multiply.

Add tree as new layer.

Add tube as new layer, resize 68% and position, sharpen

Add both flowers as new layers, resize first 48% and second 36%, position on left.

Add any other elements you like.

Open mask, create a new raster layer above the white bg, then in color palette choose foreground #b1b27d-background #6c896b, then make the foreground be the foreground-background gradient with the settings of radial:angle 90:Repeats 11, fill the new layer, then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 116%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font, then sharpen twice.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

With the wand, click on the black lines of the grid, then click Selections-Modify-Select Similar with these settings:
Tolerance 16:Discontiguous:Sample Merged not selected:Anti Alias selected:Inside.
Invert and delete the white on the mesh, deselect.
Open mask. On the mesh layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Set blend mode to Darken.

Add frame 4 as a new layer, resize 58%.

Add paper 1 as a new layer below frame, erase all outside of frame.
Add the close up of tube as a new layer below frame, position on left, then erase all outside frame and change blend mode to Luminance[L], duplicate and mirror, position on right side erasing all outside of frame.

All the full tube as a new layer, resize 80% and position.

Highlight the mesh layer.
Then add flower doodle as a new layer, position on left, then duplicate-rotate right 180 and position on right. I did erase some of the stems first though.

Add any other scraps pieces you like.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Drop shadow layers that need it 0-0-48-4.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With circle dingbat font-vector-stroke null-fill black, type the letter F, align-center, convert to raster. With wand-=no feather, select inside all circle frames and modify-expand by 2, add a new raster layer below and fill with a color from tube, mine is #f21e83.
While still selected, apply EC5 Bevel with these settings:
Basic Tab from top to bottom

Close visibility of white bg and merge visible, reopen white bg.
Then apply Muras Copies with the settings of Encircle and only change the one named number to 5.

Duplicate this one and move below original, apply motion trail with these settings:
Basic tab top to bottom

Reduce opacity to 58.
Duplicate it 4 times for total of 5.
On first duplicate apply sparkle with only changes to Max size, it should be 12, and then change random seed to 74, next copy up only change random to 98, next up change it to 124, and next up change it to 132. When all done, x out visibility to top 3 sparkle layers.
Add Gradient Glow with these settings to original filled dingbat:
Top to bottom
outside mask selection 5 0 100 23 55 100 black white black

Add the tube as a new layer, resize 80% and position on left.

highlight white bg, with star dingbat-vector-stroke black-width 1-fill #f21e83, type Capital X, align-center, convert to raster and then apply copies again and change number to 4. Resize 108%.

With Jilly Nilly font, type
All she wants to do is dance, fill and stroke #202020.
Duplicate and on bottom one apply Glow as before, then apply again but change the blacks to pinks.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with font, use the two colors as before, and then apply bevel again.

Drop shadow layers that need it 0-0-48-4.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

After you are finished copying and pasting all of the layers, you save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With Preset shape ellipse tool, with these settings, Hold down the shift key while dragging the cursor from 224X224 to 474X474: Vector, ellipse, AntiAlias selected, stroke null, fill #007611. Objects-Align-Center In Canvas. Duplicate this layer and close visibility for now. On original, convert to raster. Select the circle with wand-no feather and modify-contract by 48 and delete center, deselect.
Select this new circle frame-no feather, and modify expand by 6, add a new raster below it and fill with #29d241, deselect. Select darker green circle again and modify-contract by 4 and on lighter green circle click delete. Deselect. Now on both circles, apply Effects-3D effects-Inner Bevel with these settings:
Bevel 2:Width 10:Smoothness 25:Depth 7:Ambiance -20:Shininess 35:Color white:Angle 315:
Intensity 35:Elevation 60.

Open the photo, resize height to 448, width will auto adjust. Add as a new layer above white bg and position so only the clovers show, then erase excess.

Add the tube as a new layer, resize 74% and position on left.

Add clovergem1 as a new layer, resize 32% and position below tube.

Add one of the chain charms as a new layer, resize 32% and position on tag. Erase some of the top chain so it looks like it is around the frame.

Add one of the ribbons as a new layer, resize 32%, then apply Effects-Distortion Effects-Wave with these settings:
Both Amplitudes 2 and both Wavelengths 12 and Transparent.
It should already be centered, if not please do, then move this ribbon above the photo and delete all excess outside of frames. Change blend mode to Multiply.

Now open visibility of green circle, With text tool, put it on the circle at the top and you will get this:

I used Century Gothic, #007611 fill and stroke width 1, size 16, kerning 32. Click Start-Accessories-System Tools-Character Map. I located the ♣ and then selected and copied it, back in PSP, Paste the clover, space, then type WEARING OF THE GREEN, space, then paste the clover, space, type text, paste clover, etc until there are 4 copies of this, all around the circle. Close off visibility to the circle, then convert text to raster. Resize it 104% and move it above white bg.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font, use the two greens as before, and then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Drop shadow layers that need it 0-0-48-4.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill black, draw a long rectangle in center. Duplicate, edit so that the stroke is #7088af-width 8-fill none. Then draw a smaller rectangle on left side and repeat duplication and edit only use 4 as width, then repeat again for right side. Convert all to raster. With wand, select filled rectangles, add paper 6 as a new layer above them, position, invert and delete excess. On frame layers, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 58% and position.

Open the word art and use lasso tool to select the one wanted, copy and paste that onto tag and position. Then Colorize it Hue 148 and Saturation 188.

Add white ribbon as new layer, resize 36% and colorize blue as before. Then position behind rectangles on top and then duplicate and position on bottom.

Add glassandpearlflower1 as new layer, position on top left, duplicate and position on bottom right.

Repeat with doodle1 for right top and left bottom.

Add heart1 as new layer, resize 48% and position on right frame.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font. Then duplicate that and have only stroke on top, fill below, add noise of 48-Gaussian-Monochrome then enhance.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. I then resized it to 448 width, the height will auto size. Raster Layer at the bottom, fill with white. Delete credit layer.

Select colors from your tube and have them be in foreground and background.

On the template layer small rec outer, select with the wand and fill in the layer with your foreground color, I am using #6e566e.

On the template layer small rec inner, select with the wand and fill in the layer with a pattern, mine is Blue Shimmer. If it needs recoloring, you can use Adjust-Hue And Saturation-Colorize and select the best color for it to match your tube. I colorized mine as 198-88 to be purple like her outfit.

Select the circle layer with wand, fill with background color, mine is #6e566e, then Selections-Modify-Contract By 4, then fill with a pattern, mine is Circuitry and colorize, mine is purple at 198-88.

Select the bars layer with wand, and fill with another pattern, mine is CJ-Lace8.
Colorize to match, mine is Purple 198-88.

Select the layer large rec outer and fill with background color, mine is #6e566e.

Select the layer large rec inner and fill with a pattern, mine is Pastel Blue Splatters and colorize the match, I used Purple 198-88. Then I selected Adjust-Brightness And Contrast-BrightnessContrast and used -58 and 4 to darken it some.

Add a close up of your tube above that layer so it is beneath the outer frame. Delete all of the tube outside the frame.

On the dot half circle layer, Selections-Select All-Float and filled it with #6e566e.

With the text tool on vector, add the text Diva's Got Style to the tag. I used Kayleigh, which came installed on my computer, for Diva's Got and used Morgan for Style. I used the colors as before.

Add a full of your tube to the left on the tag, and position it where you like.

Add the artist credits for the tube used

Add your name to it. I used one layer with Morgan and one layer with Kayleigh, alternating colors.
Also added a Gradient Glow to top name.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Copy the gradients to your PSP folders Gradient folder.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill #C0C0C0, draw a square like mine on left, duplicate and edit so that the stroke is black-width 4-fill null. Duplicate first square again, edit so the line style is DashDot-width 2-stroke black-fill null, then resize it 96%, position it in rectangle. Convert all to raster. Duplicate each and move each duplicate to the right. It will help if you duplicate and link the duplicates layers so when they move they will move together in that position, then after moving them unlink them. [This can be done on the layer palette, it is the Layer Link Toggle right beside the blend mode options, once they are linked the chain will be colored and they will have a one, to unlink right click on the chain.]

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill #f3c811, draw a long rectangle like mine, align-center, then duplicate, edit so that the stroke is #cc181f-width 4-fill null. Convert both to raster. Reduce opacity to 48 for white rectangle.

With Rittswood font-kerning 32-Stroke null-fill #cc181f size 6-AntiAlias off, type
I'm supergirl and I'm here to save the world And I wanna know who's gonna save me.
Type this 6 times to fill the white rectangle. Position in rectangle-convert to raster.

Select both of the big gray squares, add a new layer and fill with the Nice Day gradient-Linear-both 0-not inverted, deselect.
Then with Little City dingbat type 89: to get the buildings in black fill, and adjust the kerning to -24 so that they are closer together. Position in the squares and then stretch them up some and convert to raster, erase all outside of squares.

Add a new raster above white bg, fill With OrangeGlow gradient-Radial-both 0-h&V 50-not inverted. Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.
Duplicate mask layer and move below original, Gaussian Blur 8, then Effects-Texture Effects-Weave with Gap 2-Width 8-Opacity 4-Both colors white-fill gaps selected.

Add tube as new layer, resize 80%.

With WhoopA$$ font, type I'm SuperGirl, position and stretch some.

Add the artist credits for the tube and lyrics used.

Add your name to to it with SuperVixen font.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add frame4 as a new layer, rotate right 90, resize 74%, the use deformation tool to bring bottom up some for a more rectangular shape.
Add paper 12 below frame and erase excess outside of frame.
Add one tube between paper and frame as a new layer, position and erase all outside of frame, then change blend mode to screen and opacity to 58.
Add heart4 as a new layer below frame, position and change blend mode to overlay then duplicate it to make it more visible.
Add other tube as a new layer, resize 74% position, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light.

Add frame 6 as a new layer, resize 58% and position, then duplicate and move that below the paper inside frame and on top heart frame, erase so some of it is above the frame, like on mine.

Add eyeletbow1 as a new layer, resize 48% and position.

Add doodle2 as a new layer above white bg, resize 74%, position on left, then duplicate and mirror.

Add flower4 and heart 7 as new layers, resize 58% and cover her bottom.

Add leaves1 as a new layer, resize 48% position above doodles on right, duplicate, rotate 180 right and position at bottom.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with black, Open mask, then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 104%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then reposition if needed. Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add frame 4 as a new layer, resize 58%, position in upper left, then add frame again, resize 48%, position center. Add frame again, resize 36% and position on right.
On the left frame, select all-float-defloat-add new raster layer-modify contract by 8-fill new layer with black-modify contract by 2 and fill with #18c1d6-deselect. Duplicate-resize 80%-position on center frame. Duplicate-resize 78%-position on the right frame.

Add paper2 as a new layer above white bg, then click Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone with these settings:
Square-Size 48-Screen Angles 104 124 64-Use as overlay selected-Saturation[Legacy]-Opacity 48-RGB
Inside each circle frame, select with wand-modify expand by 8, and then promote paper layer to selection and move below each frame then deselect, do for all 3.

On plaid paper layer, Open mask, then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize layer 108%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then reposition if needed.

Add as a new layer each of these three flowers 2-3-7, add one flower between each paper and frame layer, erase the flower outside of each frame. For the left and center flowers change blend mode to Hard Light, for the right flower change blend mode to Screen.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 74% position, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light.

Add flower1 as a new layer, resize 74% and move to above masked layer, position between frames at top, duplicate and position that at bottom.

Add leaves1 as a new layer, resize 74%, duplicate, use Deformation Tool on one to turn towards top and position it at top behind flower, then for other, use tool to turn down and position behind bottom flower.

Add ribbon 3 as a new layer, resize 58%, position at top behind flower, duplicate and position that behind bottom flower.

Add ribbonbow2, position on center circle, erase some it so it looks like its inside the frame.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Make sure the shape is copied into your PSP folder named preset shapes.

Open frame 3, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. I then resized it to 374 width, the height will auto size. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center, add a new raster Layer at the bottom and fill with white.

Open photo, resize to 448 width, add as new layer below frame. With wand, select inside frame, now with lasso tool on freehand-add-feather 0, draw a portion like this:

Then promote selection to layer, deselect and close visibility of photo layer for now.

Open paper 9, and on color palette have it as both boxes and at 32%. Then with rectangle preset shape-vector, draw a rectangle on the grass, While it is still vectored, hold the ctrl key while you pull on the corners to deform it on top and bottom to look like it is on the grass as a blanket. Convert to raster.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 58% position, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light.

Now just add any of the scrap items you like to the tag, resizing and positioning each.

Open visibility to photo layer above white bg. Open mask, then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Resize mask 120%, Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open element 48, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. I then resized it to 448 width, the height will auto size. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center, add a new raster Layer at the bottom and fill with white.

With selection tool-rectangle-feather 0, draw a rectangle on the frame border, invert selection. Open photo, resize to 448 height, add as a new layer below frame, position, delete excess, invert, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light. Keep selected, but invert it, add a new layer, then duplicate that blank layer 3 times for a total of 4.
On first blank layer, click Effects-Plugins-VDL Adrenaline-Snowflakes and use these settings: From top to bottom: 98:0:15:48:0:Basic Snow:4.
Next blank up, Snowflakes again and only change the random to 8, next blank up Snowflakes again and only change random to 12, next blank up Snowflakes again and change random to 16.
Keep selected.
On first snow layer, click Adjust-Blur-Motion Blur with these settings:
Angle 0, Strength 24.
Next layer up blur again and change strength to 28, Next layer up blur again and change strength to 32, Next layer up blur again and change strength to 36. Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 snowflake layers.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 80% position, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light.

Add paper 4 as a new layer above white bg, Open mask, then click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the WSL mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add element 26 as a new layer, erase the bottom branches off it, mirror and resize to 74%, position.

Add element 14 as new layer, resize 32%, position.

Add element 33 as new layer above mask layer.

Add element 38 as new layer below flower, mirror.

Add element 8 as new layer, resize 32%, position.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

After you are finished copying and pasting all of the layers, you save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Copy the gradient to your psp folders gradients folder.

Open a new raster image 448X474. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill black, draw a rectangle like mine on top, convert to raster.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill black, draw a bigger rectangle like mine on bottom. Duplicate, edit so that the stroke is #404040-width 4-fill null. Convert both to raster.

Open photo, resize to 448 width, With wand, select the bottom rectangle, add photo as new layer above rectangle, position, invert selection and delete excess photo.

Add tube as new layer, resize 48% and position.

With Hall Of Heroes dingbat font, type the letter m, and position on her cropped off cape. With the lasso and feather at 8, draw around the other side of the cape and delete so it is more rounded and not cropped. Duplicate the lightning bolt and move it by the text.
Type s, and position it behind the tube and above photo, then change blend mode to soft light.

With wand, feather 0, click on the frame of bottom rectangle so that the selected part is framing the photo. With the MQCFlag gradient as the foreground with the settings of Radial-Angle 0-Repeats 5-H&V 50, add a new raster layer and fill with gradient, then gaussian blur 8, deselect.

With wand select top rectangle, and add a new raster layer and apply same gradient except use rectangular instead of radial, apply blur again, deselect.

With the talk dingbat font, type the numbers 7 and 8 and 9 as separate layers using colors from your tag.
Position each on the tag where you like.

With Impact font, type
SHE IS JUST A
Above the top rectangle.
Then with Impact type
SUPERWOMAN
on the rectangle.

Add a new raster layer above white BG, fill with gradient Radial and before settings, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube and photo used.

Add your name to to it with SuperVixen font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Add element70 below the wordart layers, rotate right 16, position.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add element78 as a new layer, resize 74% and then use Deformation Tool to shorten the height some. Select All-Float-Defloat-Invert and add paper 24 as a new layer then delete excess.

Duplicate frame layer, then rotate 90 right, the use Deformation Tool again to square it some and position like on mine. The do the selecting and paper add and delete as before.

Select inside bottom frame and modify-expand by 8, then add paper 12 as a new layer below frame, position paper in frame and delete excess. Do the same for squared frame, only use paper 1 instead.

Select inside bottom frame again and expand by 8, then open the mask, promote the bg layer and with wand set at no feather and 20 tolerance, click on the white part of mask to select it then delete.
Now add the mask to the tag as a new layer above the first paper, and delete excess, then change the black dots to white, change blend mode to Soft Light. Repeat all this for the other frame, only leave the dots black this time.

Above the bottom frame, add element 19 as a new layer, resize 58% and then use the Deformation Tool to straighten it some along the top of frame.

Add tube and position.

Add element 28 as new layer, resize 74% and move to above white bg.

Add element69 above white bg, resize 74% and recolor it to #ca200e.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font. Then I put the mask on like before with the color red dots.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, close original. Delete the copyright layer, Resize it to 448 width, height will auto adjust, fill Raster Layer at the bottom with white.

Add a new layer above the white bg and fill with sponge pattern, or photo. Open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

White circle, change the color to #444b50. Add noise of Uniform-48-Monochrome twice.

Blue rectangle, change the color to #444b50, then with wand select it, and with Muras Stripe apply default settings, deselect.

Black circle, duplicate then select all-float-defloat-modify contract by 4 and delete. In between those two layers add the image of choice, position, select outside circle and delete excess image. While still selected, invert and add a new layer above image and apply snowflakes plugin with these settings:
32-8-24-98-48-Basic Snow-4
Deselect.

Rectangle 1, change the color to #444b50. select rectangle, add a new raster layer and apply snowflakes again, deselect.

Rectangle2, change color to #a6b0b6.

Strip, change color to #394146, duplicate and apply SnowDrift with default settings.

WordArt, select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 1, and fill with white, deselect.

Snow layer, change opacity to 48.

Move snowflake up some. Then select all-float-defloat, fill with the sponge pattern, or photo, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Duplicate and move that one down some.

Add tube as new layer and position, move bottom strip above tube to cover the bottom if needed.

Copy Of Strip, change color to #394146, duplicate and apply SnowDrift with default settings.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to it with font, use white stroke-sponge fill and enhance it.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

3 Tube3 of choice
A Taggers Christmas FTU scrap kit by BelVidotti
Santa's Sleigh font from Dafont

Open element 58, click shift+D to duplicate it, close original. Resize to 424 width, height will auto adjust. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 324, center, add a new raster Layer at the bottom and fill with white.

Open paper 13, add as a new layer below frame and resize 74%. Then erase all outside of frame.

Add the tubes below the frame, resizing and positioning each and erasing any outside of frame. Then for each tube, sharpen then duplicate then Gaussian Blur 2 then change blend mode to soft light.

Add element 45 as a new layer above white bg, resize 58% and then position behind frame.

Add element 9 as a new layer, resize 32%, position and sharpen.

Add element 32 as a new layer, resize 54% and position it at bottom and behind frame.
On the lights layer, with lasso, select around the red lights and promote to layer, repeat for the green lights. For the red layer click Adjust-Brightness And Contrast with 16 brightness and 32 contrast, Repeat for green lights using 32 brightness and 32 contrast. Close off visibility to both lights layers for now.

Add element 30 as a new layer, resize 54% and position on right side of frame.

Add element 5 as a new layer above white bg, resize 74%.

With font and using paper 8 for fill and stroke, type Christmas Cuties and position on tag. Click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode, then enhance.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font, use paper 8 for both.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with no animated layers showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, open visibility on the red lights animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Close off visibility to red lights so only unbrightened lights show, repeat copy and paste in Animation Shop, Then open visibility to green lights and copy then paste in animation shop. After all, CTRL+A to select all, right click and choose Frame Properties, change that number to 24.

Save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Tube and scraps of choice, I am using Frosted scrap kit by me which is no longer available, sorry
Depressionist Three font from Dafont
*****************************************************
Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add window with snow, resize 36%. Use deformation tool to stretch it out, I did mine to 50 and then 400.

Open paper7, add as a new layer and resize 36%, position behind window. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance then erase all outside of window. Recolor it to #f3f7f8. Shadow window at 0-0-48-4.

Adds icicles3 as a new layer, resize 8% and position on top left window then duplicate that 3 times and position each across top windows. Shadow 0-0-24-4.

Add snow 2 as a new layer above paper, then duplicate and move that snow down and to left a little. Duplicate that and move it to right and upo a little. Then duplicate that and move it down some. Now select outside of paper on its layer and on each snow layer delete the excess snow, deselect and close off visibility of the top 3 snow layers.

Open Snow3, resize to 424 height and add as new layer above white bg. Erase any that are close to the edge. Duplicate it, then change the color of one to #dfeef3 and the other to #97bcd7 and move them around a bit and reerase any on edge. On both click Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate. Shadow both at 0-0-16-4.

Add curtain as a new layer, resize it 42%, position on right side of window and use deformation tool to squueze it in some. Recolor it to #97bcd7, Shadow 0-0-24-4, then duplicate and mirror.

Add fence 1 as new layer, resize 24%, position it behind window, Shadow 0-0-24-4, duplicate and position that.

Add Sadie, resize 48%, sharpen, position, duplicate, Gaussian blur 2 and blend mode soft light. Shadow original tube 0-0-48-4.

Open Doodle1, resize 50% and position on right. Shadow 0-0-24-4.

Open mesh2, resize to 424, add as a new layer above white bg, Shadow 0-0-24-4.

Add snowman as new layer, resize 16% and position behind fence, Shadow 0-0-24-4.

Add the artist credits for the tube[if you used one] and scraps used. Shadow if needed.

Add your name to to it with font. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More, shadow 0-0-74-4.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

After you are finished copying and pasting all of the layers, you save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Add splat above white bg, position on left, duplicate and position on right.

Add glitter1 above promoted tube, rotate to left 40, and resize 58%, position on ribbon. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate and then Enhance. Erase any touching edge.

Add doodle as new layer and erase the long piece. Then resize 58% and position on top and move to above white bg. Duplicate and position it on right. Duplicate and rotate left 90 and position on left, duplicate and mirror.

Add bowflower2, resize 58%, position on left behind frame and duplicate and mirror.

Add butterfly2 and resize 48%, position on left.

Add VintageJewel and click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction to change the color, in top box have #b6bab9 and bottom box #9dbddb. Resize 74% and position on right, sharpen.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.Then sharpen more.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 88% and Click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies and use the setting of Wallpaper with default settings. Then Gaussian Blur 8. Then Effects-Plugins-Toadies-Ommadawn with these settings: 16-16-224-16 from top to bottom.

Click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Then with wand, select the black lines, Add a new raster layer, fill with a gradient, I used Electric Blues which came with PSP if not mistaken, Angle 45-Repeats 4-Radial, deselect.

Duplicate the Ommadawn layer, then Open double edge star mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Repeat mask on the gradient filled layer.

On original Ommadawn layer, then Open star grunge mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

On gradient filled layer, Select All-Float-Defloat-Modify Expand By 1, then Duplicate this layer 4 times for a total of 5. On first duplicate, click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Texture Noise with these settings: Grey Crinkles with all settings at default.
Repeat for next 3 duplicates clicking random once each. Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 duplicate layers. So you should have the original and then 4 duplicates that are texture noised.

Add the following as new layers, positioning and resizing as needed:
Bubbles3, seahorse, spotted fish, wavedoodle4, bubbles1.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 88%, position and sharpen.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**

Open circle, resize 12%, add as new layer on top of tube. Duplicate and move that below tube, then on original circle, erase where the circle is on the wings, leaves, flowers and vine so that they show over the circle. It helps if you lower the opacity on the circle so you can see the tube behind, then remember to re 100% it if you do.

Select outside of bottom circle-modify expand by 4, open paper 3 and resize to 448, add as a new layer above white bg and delete excess, deselect. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

Open the doiley, resize 18% and add as a new layer above the white bg. Then Effects-Plugins-ICNet Software-Filters Unlimited 2-Distortion Filters-Cracked with the setting of 16.

Add swirl as new layer, resize 12%, position on left, duplicate and position on right.

Add leaves as new layer, move to top, resize 12%, position on left. Duplicate, move it below original, and apply the cracked setting again with 12.

Add glitter as new layer, resize 12%, position on right above doiley, duplicate and position that on left.

Add flower as new layer, resize 48% and position on leaves.

Sharpen the following layers:
Doiley,Both glitters, both swirls, original tube, top circle, top leaves and flower.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

With preset shape ellipse-vector-stroke null-fill paper 5[resized to 448], draw a circle like mine. Duplicate, edit so that the stroke is paper 10[resized to 448]-width 16-fill null. Convert both to raster. On frame layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add tube as a new layer below frame, position, erase all outside of frame on bottom and sides. For top, duplicate frame and move it below tube, then on top frame erase where you want the tube to show. Duplicate tube-Gaussian Blur 2-blend mode Soft Light.

Add bead curtain below tube, resize 48% and erase all outside of frame.

Copy and paste the following as new layers:
Roulette, resize 48%
Cards2, resize 48%
Poker Chips, resize 48%
Red Dice, resize 32%
Ribbon1, resize 74%
Silver Confetti, resize 58% and erase any touching edges of tag
Black Confetti, resize 48%, then mirror and position on right, duplicate and position that on left
Gold Confetti, resize 32%, position on left, duplicate and position on right
Sparkles, resize 48% and erase any you don't want on there
Flowers 1 2 and 3, resize each 48%, position on left, duplicate and mirror each
Diamond Bow3, resize 48%
Viva Las Vegas, resize 48%, then select all-float-defloat-add new raster layer below-expand by 2 and fill with white

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Open paper 7, resize to 324, add as a new layer below frame, position it and erase all outside of frame.

With Rittswood font-vector-fill and stroke black-size 10, type Happy Thanksgiving, align center, convert to raster. Then with Muras Copies plugin, use the setting of Tiling and change tile gap to 1.
Position if needed and erase all outside of frame. Reduce opacity to 48.

Add one tube above frame on left, resize and position. Then with lasso, draw around the bottom of frame where her legs are and promote the frame selection, deselect, move this above the tube and erase any tube below it if needed. Duplicate tube, Gaussian Blur 2, change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add second tube on right, Duplicate tube, Gaussian Blur 2, change blend mode to Soft Light.

Copy and paste the following as new layers:
Element 5 on left, resize 24%
Element 2 on right, resize 24%
Element 3 on right, resize 24%
Elements 22 and 23, on left, resize 24%
Element 1 on left, resize 16% and duplicate and position
Element 24. in center, resize 16%
Element 29, in center, resize 16%, rotate left 8, then duplicate and mirror

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.
Add your name to to it with font.
I did use a gradient glow on both.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Add butterfly 3, resize and position behind tube.

Add flower 1 and position above white bg, duplicate and position on right.

Add flowers 5 and 3, resize and position on right.

Open a new raster image 448X474. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke null-fill paper 3[resized to 474], draw a rectangle like mine. Duplicate, edit so that the stroke is paper1-width 8-fill null. Convert both to raster. On frame layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Open Element 20, resize to 448 width, add as new layer below frame and erase all outside of frame. Sharpen.

Open Element 26, resize to 400, add as new layer above frame and use deformation tool to rotate it so it can be on the side of rectangle. Position on left above frame, Sharpen, duplicate-mirror-and position on right behind the rectangle.

Add tube as a new layer, position, then with lasso draw around bottom of frame whewre tube is-promote selection-move that above tube-and erase all tube below frame, deselect. Sharpen tube.

Add Element29 as new layer below tube, resize to 16% and position. Sharpen.

Add element 24 as new layer, resize 8% and position on right. Sharpen.

Add element 23 as new layer, resize 16%, position on right. Sharpen.

Add element 15, resize 24%, position on left. Sharpen.

Add element 1, resize 12%, position on right. Sharpen.

Add element 14, resize 8%, position on right. Sharpen.

Open element 43, resize to 448, add as new layer above white bg. Sharpen.

Open element 21, resize to 400, add as new layer. Sharpen.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, close original. Delete the copyright layer and dots layer and layer 4, Resize it to 448 width, height will auto adjust. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center, fill Raster Layer at the bottom with white.

Add paper 4 above raster 1, select outside of raster 1 and delete excess on paper layer. While still selected add Sparkles 2 as new layer and delete excess, deselect.

select outside of layer 5, add OperaStage-Spotlight as new layer and resize 32%, position in selection and delete excess. Add chandelier with flames and delete excess outside of frame.

Layers 2 and 6, select the frame, invert, add paper 2 as new layer and delete excess, deselect. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Layer 3, select outside, add paper 1 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

Add both posers to tag, resize and position.

Add any other elements you like.

Add paper 8 above white bg, on white bg select all and crop to selection, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

With the dingbat, type the letter J-vector-black fill-stroke null-size 132. Position on tag behind posers and convert to raster. With pen tool-vector-black stroke-width 2-fill none-freehand, draw on the first, third and fifth lines, making sure each is on a separate vector layer. Then with text tool MV Boli-vector-stroke and fill black-width 0.5-size 12, type in words on each line,
1st Softly, deftly, music shall surround you ...
2nd Feel it, hear it, closing in around you ...
3rd The darkness of the music of the night ...
Hide visibility of line drawn, then convert each line of text to raster, select all-float-defloat-modify expand by 2, add a new raster below and fill with white, deselect. Do for all 3.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with phantom font.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Lemonade Recipe

I am using my Lemonade Kit scrap kit by me which is no longer available, sorry
Your favorite recipe

Open a new raster canvas 600 X 400.
Flood fill with white.

With the rectangle preset shape and a color or paper from your kit, draw out a rectangle on the canvas to look like a recipe card.
Then add another rectangle with the rounded rectangle shape so it looks like a tab.
Convert to raster.

Add the recipe name on the tab with a font of choice, I used Juice ITC that came with my computer.
Close off visibility of the white background and merge the tabbed rectangle and the text layers visible. Reopen visibility to the white background layer.

Draw another rectangle the same size as the first but with another color from your kit.
Resize that layer by 88%, all layers unselected. It will look framed in the new color.

Add your recipe in the center of the card, leaving room on sides for tubes to be added.
Use a small font, I used Rittswood RedStar size 6, antialias off.

Now we add our decorations, be it a tube or scraps. Just add everything along sides the recipe, even in between the card and folder layers. You can even put the elements behind the recipe, as long as the recipe is clear.

Add From The Kitchen Of: with Jungle Juice, and and your name to it with Juice ITC.

Add the artist credits for the scrap or tube used.

Add drop shadow of choice to all layers.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Save as a .jpg.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and keep open the original. On duplicate, Delete the copyright layer, Resize it to 400 width, height will auto adjust. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center, fill Raster Layer at the bottom with white. Delete the bottom text layer on duplicate, and copy and paste the text layer from original over to it, then on circle 2 layer, select outside of circle and delete excess text, deselect. Delete row of kisses layer, copy and paste from original, select outside of rectangle 2 and delete excess. You will have to repeat this so the top and bottom are there. Do all this also for the top text layer. All this just makes the text much sharper instead of resizing then sharpening. Close original template without saving any of the changes.

Rectangle layer, click Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate, change the color to #e9b7d2. Click Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone and use these settings:
Pattern Square Size 2:Screen Angles 132 Null Null:Use As An Overlay selected:Blend Mode Burn Opacity 58:Color Scheme Greyscale Ink #e9b7d2 Background black:Transparent not selected.

Circle layer, select outside, add paper 7 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

Circle 2 layer, select outside, add paper 8 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

Text layer [fairy kisses circle] change color to #9d3b70.

Dotted circle, Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate.

Rectangle 2, change color to #f8d8e9, select outside, add paper 6 as new layer, delete excess, deselect, change blend mode to Multiply.

Strip layer, change color to #f8d8e9. Click Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone and use these settings:
Pattern Square Size 2:Screen Angles 132 Null Null:Use As An Overlay selected:Blend Mode Burn Opacity 58:Color Scheme Greyscale Ink #f8d8e9 Background black:Transparent not selected.

Circle 3 layer, select outside, add paper 7 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

Circle 4 layer, select outside, add paper 9 as new layer, position a flower into selection, delete excess, deselect.

Add tube as a new layer, behind Fairy Kisses big text. Sharpen tube. Duplicate tube layer, Gaussian Blur 2, change blend mode to Soft Light.

Now just add whatever scrap elements you like.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape ellipse-vector-stroke null-fill paper 2[resized to 448]. Duplicate, edit so that the stroke is Round End Gaps line style-width 2-white. Convert both to raster. On frame layer click Effects-Texture Effects-Sculpture and use the setting of cartoon.

Open house, resize to 400 height, add as new layer, position on circle below frame, erase all below circle, use lasso to draw around top of house, promote to layer and move above frame, deselect.

Open glow, resize to 300, add to tag and position on left behind circle.

Open tree, resize to 300 width, add as new layer above glow, duplicate and move that one to right.

Add tube as a new layer, resize 58%, sharpen, position.

Open both grass, resize to 74 height, then arrange them on bottom.

Open pumpkin 1 and 2, resize to 124 height, add to tag.

Open Fence 2, resize to 124 height, add as new layer on left, duplicate and position on right.

Open bats, resize to 132 height, add to tag.

Open paper 3, resize to 448, add as new layer above white bg, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Change opacity to 74.

With font, type Happy Halloween, #d28f1a.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original.Delete the copyright layer. Resize it to 400 width, height will auto adjust. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 448 X 448, center. Add new Raster Layer at the bottom, fill with white.

Open the stock photo, resize to 448, add as a new layer above Square One layer, position it, on Square one layer, select outside of shape and delete excess on photo layer. Keep selected. Add paper 14 and delete excess, change blend mode to Hue[L], deselect.

Thin rectangle layer, select outside and add paper 16 as a new layer, delete excess paper, deselect.

Heart One layer, select outside, add paper 14 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

Heart Two layer, select outside, add paper 10 as new layer, delete excess, deselect.

On white bg, select all, crop to selection.

One each heart paper layer, click Effects-Texture Effects-PolishedStone, Heart One do Default, Heart Two do Blurred.

Frame layer, select frame, invert selection, then add paper 13 as new layer, delete excess, deselect. Then click Effects-Art Media Effects-Colored Pencil with setting of Painted Stucco.

Open the border, resize to 448. Add each layer one at a time to the canvas. The heart and My Love need to be repositioned, the other two need to use the deformation tool to stretch them some. I moved the heart to behind the other two hearts. After you have done all that....
Raster 1 [heart], click Effects-Texture Effects-Sculpture, use the gold preset and change intensity to 48.
Raster 2, change color to red, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.
Raster 3, change color to white and then enhance.
Raster 4, select all-float-defloat, add a new layer below and fill with #b3915a, deselect. On Raster 4, Sculpture with Deep Red Smooth, twice.

Add tube as a new layer, position it behind the hearts and thin rectangle. Erase excess below and on side of frame, sharpen tube. With lasso tool, draw around the top part of tube and promote selection to layer and move that layer to top so it is above the frame and border layers. Duplicate tube layer, Gaussian Blur 2, change blend mode to Soft Light, repeat for promoted tube layer.

Add paper 13 as a new layer above the white BG, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then use deformation tool to unstretch it at top and bottom.

Add any other elements you like.

On white bg, select all and crop to selection.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to it.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Open a 448x448 canvas, fill with white.

With preset shape ellipse-vector-fill paper 12-stroke null, draw an oval like on my tag. Duplicate it and on duplicate edit it so the fill is null and the stroke is paper 19-width 8. Convert both to raster. On oval Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More, on frame Edge Effects-Erode. On oval layer, select outside, add paper 7 above it and delete excess, change blend mode to Burn.

Add tube as a new layer, position it on the frame. With lasso tool, draw around the top part of part of frame by tube and promote selection to layer and move that layer so it is above the tube layer, erase tube below the frame. Tube layer, sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, change blend mode to Soft Light.

With preset shape star-vector-fill paper3-scale 48-stroke null, draw a star like mine, duplicate it and edit so stroke is 19-width 6-fill null, convert both to raster. On fill star Edge Effects-Erode twice, on star frame Edge Effects-Erode. Now duplicate both of these stars twice more and position them like on mine.

Select the white bg layer, with text tool-vector-the dingbat-stroke #e2472a-width 1-fill paper 18. With size 248 type W on the canvas, convert to raster and erase the right half. Then Edge Effects-Erode, duplicate and position both. Then repeat the text tool but type P, repeat Erode and duplicate, position both.

Add the word art to the tag, resize 48%, sharpen and position.

Add any other elements you like.

Add paper 17 as a new layer above the white BG, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then use deformation tool to unstretch it at top and bottom. Then Edge Effects-Erode.

On white bg, select all and crop to selection.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to it with Peach Sundress, #e2472a. Then add paper 17 behind it and erase all except in the letters.

Then drop shadow all layers 0-0-48-4 or 0-0-24-4.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

VTC Bad Tattoo Hand One font from Dafont

Open a 400x400, fill with white, add paper 13 as a new layer. On white bg, select all and crop to selection. With selection tool on circle, draw a circle about the same size of the canvas, then invert and delete excess paper, invert again. On paper layer, click Effects-Distortion Effects-Pixelate with both boxes 12, symmetrical. Then click Effects-Geometric Effects-Spherize 100. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More twice. Set this image aside to use later.

Open a 448x448 canvas, fill with white.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-fill paper 11-stroke none, draw a big square on canvas, duplicate, convert original to raster. Edit the properties of the duplicate to be fill paper 12, then resize 88%, duplicate, convert first gold square to raster, Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. On gold duplicate, edit to be fill paper 15, resize 94%, duplicate and convert first to raster. On gold duplicate, edit to be fill paper 6, resize 94%, convert to raster, sharpen.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-fill paper 12-48% scale-stroke none, draw a long rectangle like on my tag, duplicate, convert first to raster, Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. On gold duplicate, edit to be fill paper 3, resize 88%, and adjust as needed so it is inside the other rectangle, convert to raster.

With preset shape rectangle-vector-stroke paper 10-line style Dash Dot Dot-Width 4-Fill none, draw a square bigger than the first square, convert to raster, Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Duplicate 4 times for a total of 5. On first duplicate, click Effects-Plugins-Eye Candy 4000-HSB Noise with these settings:
From top to bottom: 0:44:88:98:8.00:8.00:Smooth Lumps:Seamless Tile selected:4.
On each duplicate layer of these lines, apply the filter again only changing the random number.
Close off visibility to all but duplicates except the first.

It should look like this:

Add tube as a new layer, Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add element 49, position on tag so that it looks like one of the strands is hanging on the square. Add the disco ball you created earlier as a new layer, position it on element, erase all of element outside of disco ball, then enhance both the ball and element. Add bow 13 to top. On ball layer, duplicate then apply Xenofex Constellation with these settings:
From top to bottom:
8.00:32:24:4:98:74:74:Make Selection Transparent:4.

Add any other elements you like.

With VTC Bad Tattoo Hand One font, type Belle Of The Ball with black fill-gold stroke-vector, rotate some and position, convert to raster. I then applied Gradient Glow to a duplicate of it.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with same font, and same Gradient Glow as Belle Of The Ball text.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Close off visibility of all animated layers except the bottom one, which was the one you duplicated. So your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

Save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Add a new raster layer above white BG and fill with white. Then click Effects-Texture Effects-Tiles with these settings:
Tile Shape Hexagon:Tile Angularity 0:Tile Size 16:Border Size 2:Image Smoothness 0:Depth 4:Ambiance 0:Shininess 48:Light Color white:Angle 0:Intensity 48:Elevation 32.
With the wand, click on the black lines of the grid, then click Selections-Modify-Select Similar with these settings:
Tolerance 16:Discontiguous:Sample Merged not selected:Anti Alias selected:Inside.
On same layer, Selections-Invert, add resized to 448 paper1 as a new layer above it, and then click delete key on paper layer. Delete the black and white tiles layer. Deselect. Open mask. On the blue hexagon layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add resized to 448 paper7 as a new layer above white bg, and then click delete key on paper layer. Delete the black and white tiles layer. Deselect. Open mask. On the blue hexagon layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add resized to 448 paper10 below frame, and erase all outside of frame. Duplicate this layer so you have 4 copies of it. On the bottom paper duplicate, apply Gregs Pool Shadow with the default settings except change the Intensity to 100. On next up apply it again and change Intensity to 124. Next up apply again with Intensity of 148. And apply on last duplicate with Intensity of 174. Close off visibility of top 3 pool shadowed layers.

Add tube as new layer above frame, Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add 2 flowers above the mesh layer. And add any other elements you like.
I also used the alpha letters, those will have to be selected with either the selection tool or the lasso one at a time and then copied and pasted as new layers on tag. Then they can be arranged as wanted. I applied Gradient Glow on the letters too.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Close off visibility of all animated layers except the bottom one, which was the one you duplicated. So your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there. Select all and change Frame Properties to 32.

Save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With rectangle preset shape, fill black-stroke null-vector, draw a square then Align-Center. Duplicate this vector layer, convert to raster the original. On duplicate edit it to stroke white-width 8-fill null, then convert to raster. Open the stock photo, resize to 448 width, add as a new layer between these two layers, select outside of black square and delete excess photo, keep selected, open NightLife paper, resize to 448, Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then add to canvas above photo, move it up some so the rays show on bottom, delete excess, deselect and change blend mode to overlay.

With Preset Rectangle Shape draw rectangles going across like on my tag. Use the same settings as the black square, then duplicate that, convert original rectangles and edit the duplicate like the square was before only change the stroke to width 4, convert to raster. Select outside of the black rectangles, add the NightLife paper as a new layer between these rectangles layers and delete excess, deselect. If it wasn't still enhanced then do that now.

With the preset rectangle shape, draw two black rectangles from top to bottom like on my tag. Use same settings as black square, then duplicate, convert original, on duplicate edit like the other rectangles so it has a width of 4, convert. Select outside of black rectangles, open RetroCircles paper, resize to 448, add as a new layer, delete excess, deselect, enhance edges more.

Open the frame, resize to 448, add as a new layer at top of palette, move it up some so it is centered on the shapes.

Add tube as a new layer, position in frame, erasing any that is needed.

Add other scrap elements, resizing and sharpening as needed.

Add a new raster layer above the white bg, fill with a color from tube, mine is #f6647c, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font. I used the same pink as mask layer with white stroke of 2.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Open paper 24, make it be the foreground-background null-vector-stroke 16, Draw an oval on canvas like mine. Then Objects-Align-Center. Convert to raster, then apply Inner Bevel with these settings:
Bevel 7:Width 10:Smoothness 16:Depth 4:Ambiance 0:Shininess 0:Color white:Angle 316:
Intensity 48:Elevation 32.
Then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

With wand select inside oval, modify-expand by 8, fill with #831c11, then invert and add paper 24 as new layer and delete excess, then change blend mode to Luminance[L], add closeup of tube in frame and delete excess, deselect.

Add paper 24 as a new layer above white bg, on white bg select all-crop to selection, then on paper layer, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then duplicate and rotate 180 right. Change blend of both to darken.

Add full tube as new layer on left, Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With dingbat font, type the capital letter X vector-size 132-stroke black-width 2-fill #4e0000.
Rotate right 90 and position above masks on left. Convert to raster, duplicate, mirror and position on right. Repeat all with the capital letter S, size 148 and position on right.
For both apply Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More, then select all-float-defloat-modify-contract by 2 then noise of 48-Gaussian-Monochrome.

With dingbat, same settings except fill is #032b03, type the capital letter S, repeat enhance more and position on tag. Duplicate, mirror and position on right. Add the black and red flowers and for both resize 24%, enhance position on left, then duplicate both and position on right.

With Signature font type
Do you need somebody to love?
Vector-fill #4e0000-stroke black-width 2, convert to raster, then enhance more, then select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 4, add a new layer below and fill with black.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with Signature font. Repeat Enhance More and duplicate fill only use 2 instead of 4.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle vector-fill #fd5f8f-stroke none, draw a big rectangle in the center, Then with same, but color #fe4eba, draw one on each side. Convert both to raster. Should look like on my tag for sizes.

Open the stock photo, and crop it close to the circles, then resize that to 448 width and as a new layer above the rectangles. Close visibility of it and with wand select the center rectangle, and on photo layer promote selection to layer-then deselect, do the same on the two outside ones-select both then on photo promote selection-deselect. Delete photo layer. On both promoted layers click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. On center photo layer, change blend mode to Luminance[L] and to 58% opacity.

With preset shape rectangle vector-fill null-stroke white-width 1-line style dot, draw a big rectangle on the center rectangle, just a little smaller, convert to raster.

Open the texture, then resize that to 448 width and as a new layer above the photos. Close visibility of it and with wand select the two outside rectangles-then on texture promote selection-deselect. Delete texture layer. On the side promoted layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then grayscale and change blend mode to hard light.

Add tube as new layer in center, position in rectangle and erase any below rectangle. Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With LT Oksana Light font and color #bf194c for both, type CUTIE PIE size 48. Rotate left 90 and position on left rectangle, then duplicate-rotate 180 left and position on right.

With Peach Sundress font and color #fd5897 for both, type She is such a then rotate left 90, position on left, then duplicate-rotate 180 left and position on right. I added a glow to it.

With dingbat, type the letter J, use the pinks as before and position on tag. Duplicate it three times and position those.

Add the artist credits for the tube and photo used.

Add your name to to it with Cutie Pop font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Open YB_E_Tag, resize to 424 width, add as a new raster layer. Add closeup of tube, position in tag, erase all outside of frame, change blend mode to Luminance[L] and lower opacity to 32. Add ribbon 1 as a new layer, resize and position on bottom of centered tag.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position on left, Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With the dingbat font, vector-Red fill-null stroke, type the letter B, position behind the centered tag. duplicate and change the fill to blue. Convert both to raster. Then carefully erase the blue from the stripes and the red from the star field, and with pen tool, stroke black-width 2, carefully draw lines at the end of the white stripes, so it looks like the flag. [I drew the line on left, then duplicated it and moved that to right.] Close off visibility to all but flag layers, merge visible then add a new raster below and fill in the white stars and stripes, merge visible, then unhide all other layers.

Add rope1 as new layer, resize, position on left behind center tag.

Add star 1, resize and position on upper right, grayscale it, duplicate and move that down, duplicate and move that down. On top star, click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and change the gray #777777 to red #911003. Repeat for second but change gray to white #f8f8f8. Repeat again for bottom and change gray to #1c2d58. Then on all 3 stars click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

Open rope 4, resize to 424 width, add as a new layer below tube, position on bottom. Then add charm 1, resize 8%, sharpen and position on rope, add charm 2, resize 8%, sharpen and position, duplicate first charm and move it over, repeat for second charm.

Add blue denim paper, resized to 448, above white bg, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize 108%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Repeat all this with red paper. Move them around so you can see both colors.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with Firecracker font. I used stroke width 2-white, blue fill, then select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2, add a new raster layer below and fill with red, deselect.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle vector-fill paper 3-stroke none, draw a big rectangle like on my tag. Duplicate it, and edit its properties to stroke white-width 8-fill null. Convert both to raster.

Again with rectangle, draw a longish one one the left vector-fill #8b1509-stroke null. Duplicate it, and edit its properties to stroke white-width 8-fill null. Convert both to raster. Move both layers under the big rectangle.
Repeat this to make a rectangle on right, use #184c7c for fill, but leave it above big rectangle.
On left one, add paper 1 inside frame, erase all outside frame, change blend mode to soft light.

Again with rectangle shape, use same as before but use fill #535074, draw a long thin rectangle on top.
Repeat using fill #535074 to make a bottom thin rectangle.
Repeat using fill #b12213 to make a long one on left.
Repeat using fill #b12213 to make a right one.

For all white frames apply noise of Random-98-Monochrome.

For all thin rectangles, click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position in big rectangle, erase any tube below frame so she is in the frame on bottom. Sharpen, duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With dingbat font and colors from tag, add some fireworks to the canvas. I used i in red, L in white and F in blue. Then on all click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then on each add noise of 32-Random-Monochrome. Arrange how you like.

Add Star Frame above big rectangle frame.

Add a bow, resize and position on right frame.

Add the flowers, resize and position on right.

Add a couple stars, resize and position.

With Amerika font, Vector-stroke the red-width 2-fill the red, type Firecracker, position on bottom, convert to raster. Select all-float-modify-expand by 4, add a new raster below, fill with the blue, modify-contract by 2 and fill with white, deselect. On red layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

With Crushed Out Girl and white, type Little Miss. Position on the firecracker text.

Add a new raster layer above the white bg and fill with the red, open mask, on tag, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.
Repeat all this with blue. Move them around so you can see both colors.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with HL Brush font. Repeat the effects like we did on Firecracker text.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Export as a png file.

With text tool-vector-fill #4a286c-stroke none-size 98-Music Elements dingbat, type a J on canvas, align center, convert to raster, then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies, use the setting of wallpaper. Open mask, on dingbat layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

With preset shape rectangle vector-fill black-stroke none, draw 2 rectangles like on my tag.
With wand select inside left rectangle, modify-contract by 4, add a new raster layer and fill with #4a286c. Keep selected. With Music Elements font, type a N with same settings as before except use fill #986dc3, align in selected rectangle, then apply Muras again with the setting of Tiling, deselect. Repeat all this for other rectangle.

With preset shape ellipse, vector-stroke none-fill black, draw a big oval between the rectangle like on my tag, align center, convert to raster. Select oval with wand, modify-contract by 8, add a new raster layer and fill with #4a286c. Select the purple oval with wand, then unselect half of the oval by using the lasso tool with remove setting, modify-contract by 4, add a new raster layer and fill with black. Keep selected.

Open the tube you will be using, duplicate it so it doesn't mess uporiginal,click Effects-Image Effects-Offset and apply these settings: H 0 - V 486 - Custom - Repeat. Then on selected section of oval, fill with this striped pattern, deselect. Then click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

Black oval apply noise: Gaussian-98-Monochrome.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position. Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With preset shape rectangle, vector-black fill-no stroke, draw a thin rectangle like on my tag. Align center, convert to raster. With pixel font, type Punk Rocker as many times as need on rectangle, but leaves spaces between to add music notes. I used the s for the notes.

With the Rock Star dingbat, make some shapes using the colors of the tags. Add any effects you like. I used the J, F, K, D. I made new layers below and colored them in then merged.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with Rock It font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Add a new raster layer, select all, fill with #5f190f, modify-contract by 2 and fill with #d04409, modify-contact by 4 and fill with #5f190f, modify-contract by 2 and fill with #5f190f, modify-contract by 2 and delete, this makes a frame. With wand select the orange part, then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation and use the setting of Pointillism, deselect.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with #f69d05, add flower paper 1 as a new layer and change opacity to 16.

Add decor 17 as a new layer. move it down a little and left, then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies, use the setting of spiral and change first number to 16, change blend mode to overlay and opacity to 58.

Add decor as new layer, resize 32% use Muras Copies again, with V-Tile[line] setting, change first number to 1, position on right.

With sunshine font, type here comes, then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation and use the setting of medium and change the background fill to transparent, position on tag. [Whatever color you make the text and have in background color, that will be the color of the sparkles.] Then I resized it 124%.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position. Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2 and change blend mode to Soft Light.

With sunshine font, type Here Comes The Sun, position.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with Rickles font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape SK Under The Sea 03-vector-stroke black-width 8-fill null, draw a starfish shape like on my tag, Align-center, convert to raster. Then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Reptile Skin, and use the settings of Smooth Bumps, but also select the seamless option. Change the brown color to #3b3f35.

Open element 19, resize to 448 height, add as a new layer below frame, position, and erase all outside of frame.

With wand, select inside frame, modify-expand by 4-invert, add a new raster layer below sea and add element 60 as new layer, delete excess, repeat until all the white bg is covered in sand in the starfish frame.

Add element 74 as a new layer, resize and position on left.
Add element 27 as new layer, resize, position at bottom of tube and erase some of tube so it is bordered with pearls. Erase excess pearls.

Open element 24, resize to 448, add as a new layer above white bg.

Add other elements as you like.

Open the mask in PSP. Add paper 7, resized to 448, as a new layer above white bg, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font and paper 7.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-24-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With the text tool on Curious Device Ding, size 424 vector text with a darker color from tube [#000000] for foreground, and background a lighter color from tube [#ff5782], type the letter r on the canvas. Then Objects-Align-Center In Canvas. Convert to raster.

With wand select inside shape sections, modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below and fill with #ff5782, duplicate, then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Texture Noise with these settings: Bleach with all settings at default. Deslect, then change opacity to 58.

Add tube as new layer, position it on shape and erase any tube from bottom, so she is standing in the shape, sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light.

With preset shape octagon-vector-stroke black-width 12-fill none, draw a smallish octagon behind the tube on left, convert to raster. Select the black of it with wand, modify-contract by 3 and fill with #ff5782, deselect. Duplicate and mirror.

On dingbat layer, duplicate, move that below original, then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact-Gradient Glow and use these settings:

Repeat for both octagons.

For the octagons, add the tube behind them as a new layer, position in shape, erase all tube outside of shape and sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light. Do all this for both.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with #ff5782, then Click Effects-Plugins-Filter Attacks-Filter Attacks, on the bottom click the image next to filter, then click the down arrow, the click the image next to Border:Random-Sterne I, then try to match up these settings or use any you like:

Then on that layer click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Duplicate and mirror, move it below original, then click Adjust-Brightness And Contrast-BrightnessContrast and move both sliders to the left as low as they will go which is -255 and -100.

With Aunt Bertha font, type the words Flaunt It, and position at bottom, the click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then noise of 32-Gaussian-Monochrome. With signature font, type the words If you got it, and position on top of Flaunt It.

Duplicate Flaunt It text, then Click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex 2-Constellation and use the setting of Bling Bling with these changes:
From top to bottom:
12.00:24:16:0:98:74:45:Make Selection Transparent:4.
Then move it up some on tag, duplicate, mirror and move that a bit. I also repeated all this with the other text to get a smaller one too.

Duplicate the Flaunt It text, move it below, apply gradient glow as before, repeat for small text too.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with brush font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Amazigh Motifs dingbat font from Dafont

Open a new raster canvas 448x448, Fill with white.

With the dingbat font and text tool-vector-stroke black-width 1-fill none, type the letter Q-size 124 on canvas. Align-center in canvas, convert to raster. Then use Muras Copies with encircle setting, change the top number to 4, to make a circle of 4 diamond shapes. Resize that layer 108%.
Duplicate diamonds layer, move that below original diamonds layer, rotate to right 45, and lower opacity to 24, Resize that layer 108%.

On original diamonds layer, with wand, select inside the small black diamonds. To do this set the wand settings to 0 tolerance-0 feather-select sample merged. Then selections-modify-contract by 1. Promote these diamonds to a new layer, then Duplicate this layer 4 times for a total of 5. On first duplicate, click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Texture Noise with these settings: Grey Diamonds with all settings at default except select the seamless tile option. Repeat for next 3 duplicates clicking random once each. Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 duplicate layers.

Add tube as new layer, resize, position on right, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used either 0-0-24-4 or 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.
Then I duplicated name, on bottom one apply gradient glow of white and black.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

After you are finished copying and pasting all of the layers, you save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Open a new raster canvas 448X448. Fill with white.

Create a rectangle on left with preset rectangle shape, vector-stroke white-width 8-fill paper 1 at 48%, draw a rectangle like on my tag, convert to raster. Then draw another on right behind the left one, using same specs. On right rectangle, select all-float-defloat-modify-contract by 8 and click Effects-Distortion Effects-Pixelate with the settings of 16 in both boxes and symmetric selected, then click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More, then deselect.

Add tube as a new layer left rectangle, resize, position, then erase any tube below the white frame, then sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light.

Add pink eyelet as a new layer, resize 32%, sharpen and position on right.

With preset shape SK Hearts 06, both colors on #fcb3c1, width 1, draw a little heart on top rectangle. Then use Muras Copies with line setting, change the top number to 16, to make a line of them across top. Erase any halves and ones you don't ant, and duplicate and move to bottom.

Add a flower and a butterfly to tag. Also I added a bow to just cover her a little.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with #fcb3c1, Open the mask in PSP. Then on photo layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then resize it 78%.

Open the mask in PSP. Then on photo layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font.

Drop shadow most layers 0-0-48-4.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Open a new raster canvas 448X448. Fill with white.

Create a square with preset rectangle shape, vector-stroke black-width 16-fill null, draw a square about the size of the one on my tag then rotate 45 right to make a diamond [if the rotate makes it big it can be resized down some], objects-align-center, change the color of it to white, convert to raster. To see it, just close off visibility to white bg, on diamond shape, select the white part of it and selections-modify-expand by 1, add a new raster below and fill with black, deselect.

With rectangle shape again, we are gonna make bases, so use the preset rectangle shape-vector-stroke black-width 2-fill white, and draw little bases on three corner except the bottom one.
Repeat, but use pentagon shape for home base at bottom, it may need flipping or rotating. Open paper 4, resize to 448, add as a new layer above white bg and erase all outside of diamond and bases.

Add a new raster layer above white bg and with Airbrush-#cfaf99 and these settings:
Shape Round:Size 48:Hardness 48:Step 24:Density 32:Thickness 98:Rotation 0:Opacity 32:Blend Mode Normal:Rate 4.
Paint around the diamond like on my tag.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position then erase any tube below the diamond, then sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light.

Add any other scraps from kit you like, resize and position each.

With your pixel font on paper 4 layer, type in black letters-vector-size 6-kerning 48-Anti Alias Sharp, the text:
PLAY BALL
Objects-Align-Center, then convert this to raster and click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister Copies with the default settings of Tiling except change tile gap to 2. On black diamond layer, select outside of it with wand, and on text layer click delete, deselect.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font. If you add alt+41 you will get the loop at end.

Drop shadow most layers 0-0-48-4.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Create a square with preset rectangle shape, vector-stroke black-width 16-fill null, draw a rectangle like on my tag, objects-align-center, convert to raster. Add paper 25 as a new layer below frame, erase all outside of frame.

Add element 56 as a new layer, resize 68% and rotate left 58. Position on right behind paper, duplicate and mirror.

Add element 29 as a new layer, resize 58% and rotate left 58. Position on right behind paper, duplicate and mirror. Erase any leaves or stems that are too far out from main branches.

Add element 43 as a new layer, resize 36%, then add at the bottom left, duplicate and move that to right, duplicate and move that to right. Then with eraser, erase a little of the center chain on both ends to make it look like the chains are linked. Do same so it fits around frame sides.

Add tube as a new layer above frame, resize, position, then erase any tube below the frame, then sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light. I drew around her tie at bottom, promoted to layer and moved that above the linked ribbons, repeat the duplicate-blur-soft light if you do this.

Add flowers and butterflies, resize and position one of each of each side.

Add paper01 as a new layer above white bg, then on white bg select all-crop to selection, then select paper 01 layer, Open the mask in PSP. Then on photo layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

With your pixel font on paper 25 layer, type in white letters-vector-size 8-kerning 8-Anti Alias Sharp, the text:
I put a spell on you
And now you're mine
Objects-Align-Center, then convert this to raster and click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister Copies with the default settings of Tiling except change tile gap to 2. On frame layer, select outside of it with wand, modify-expand by 2 and on text layer click delete, deselect. Reduce opacity to 58.

With wand, no feather, select black frame then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister Tone with the default settings but change top color to #ec7f31. Deselect.

Add the artist credits for the tube, lyrics and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font.

Drop shadow most layers 0-0-48-4.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Create 4 rectangles [one long on top and bottom, one short on each side in middle] with preset rectangle shape, vector-stroke black-width 4-fill null, about the size of mine and put one above and one below the text, convert to raster. Open the stock photo, resize it to 448 height, width will auto size, add as a new layer below rectangles. On rectangles layer, select outside of them with wand, modify-expand by 2 and on photo layer click delete. Invert selection, add a new raster above photo, fill selected areas with #fea2d4, while still selected, click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister Tone with these settings:
Grid:Resolution[dpi] 374:Line[lpi] 48:Density 8:Angle 45:Position X 0:Position Y 0:Top color black, bottom color white:Thru BGFG selected:Convert Source not selected:AntiAlias selected.
Deselect, change that layers blend mode to soft light and reduce opacity to 74.

With your pixel font, type in white letters-vector-size 8-kerning 8-Anti Alias Sharp, the text:

Objects-Align-Center, then convert this to raster and click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister Copies with the default settings of Tiling except change tile gap to 2. On rectangles layer, select outside of them with wand, modify-expand by 2 and on text layer click delete, deselect. Reduce opacity to 58.

With Thaleia font, vector-stroke black width 1-fill #d45ca8, type
I Am Beautiful
Position on top rectangle, convert to raster, then click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Then click Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone with these settings:
Pattern Round Size 58:Screen Angles 48 124 32:Use As An Overlay selected:Blend Mode Luminance[Legacy] Opacity 58:Color Scheme RGB.
Then click Effects-Edge Effects-Erode.

With Forelle font, vector-stroke #fdedf6 width 1-fill #fdedf6, type

Position in top rectangle, convert to raster.

Add the tube, resize if needed, and erase any tube below bottom rectangle. Duplicate the tube and apply Gaussian Blur of 2 and change blend modes to Soft Light.

Add the photo again, still resized as before, above white bg, on white bg select all then on photo layer crop to selection. Open the mask in PSP. Then on photo layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Duplicate the I Am Beautiful text, then click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Xenofex2-Constellation and use the setting of Bling Bling and only change it to make transparent. Then move these sparkles down some behind the tubes layers and position where you want. You can duplicate them and move those somewhere else to give it more bling. You can duplicate the text again and click random seed to vary the sparkles too. Whatever you like best. Erase any you don't like, seem cut off or are on top of each other.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and lyrics used.

Add your name with Forelle font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0,0,48,4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. Delete the copyright layer. Crop it close and resize it to 448 width, height will auto size. Add a new raster layer at bottom and fill with white.

On background squares layer, select outside of them, then add a resized to 448 width paper, mine is paper36, delete excess, deselect.

On narrow rectangles layer, change the color to #b1d751, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

On dotted line, change the color to #404040.

Open the photo, resize it to 448 width, with wand click on rectangle layer but on the outside of rectangle, and add photo as a new layer, position it in the rectangle and delete excess, deselect.

On rectangle frame, change color to #f23655, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

On squares layer, select outside of them, then add a resized to 448 width paper, mine is paper45, delete excess, deselect.

On square frames, change color to #3e862a, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

On palm trees layer, change the color to #42852b, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then add noise of 32-random-monochrome.

Delete the word art. Instead, with text tool vector-stroke white width 1-fill #404040, type
In The Good Ole
And position at top. Then type
Summer Time
and position at bottom. Convert both to raster.

Add a new paper, that has been resized to the height of canvas, above white bg, mine is paper 26. On white bg layer, select all, then click Image-Crop To Selection. Open mask, on paper layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown, and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add tube as new layer, position on left, sharpen, duplicate, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light.

Add any other scraps you like.

With dingbat, type b for a sun, using #ffd201 for fill, position, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photo and scraps used.

Add your name to it with script font. I added a slight gradient glow to it.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open the frame, click shift+D to duplicate it and close the original. Resize to 400 width, height will auto size. Then canvas size with these settings: Center-Width 448-Height 448. Add a new raster layer, move to bottom and fill with white.

With wand, select the white parts around the frame on its layer, and then modify-expand by 1, and promote selection to layer, deselect.

On frame layer, click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and change the light blue to #0965bb.
On promoted layer, repeat and change white to #77251d, then click Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate, then Effects-Edge Effects-Erode, then Noise uniform-32-monochrome.

With selection tool on rectangle no feather, draw a rectangle on frame, add a new raster layer below, fill with pattern Pastel Blue Splatters, then click Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes and use the settings of Detail, deselect.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position on right, then with selection tool on rectangle, draw a selection around bottom part of frame where tube is, promote to layer and move that above tube, deselect, then erase any tube below the promoted layer. Sharpen tube, then duplicate, gaussian blur 2 and change blend mode to soft light.

With Barbaric font, vector, stroke null, fill metallic gradient, kerning -98, type 4 underlines like this ____, position it on top part of frame, then click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then Effects-Texture Effects-Emboss. Duplicate and move it to the bottom part of frame. Then do it again but rotate it 90 degrees and only use 1 underline, position one on each side of frame.

Add a new layer above white bg, fill with a color from tag, this is , then Open the mask in PSP, Then on your tag, Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

With the horny devils font, add some lyrics, like from Devil with the blue dress on, I used red from the heart doodle. Then add a slight gradient glow, or select all-float-defloat-modify expand by 2, add a new layer below and fill with another color.

Add the artist credits for the tube and lyrics used.

Add your name to it with Angelic War font. Then click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With preset shape rectangle, fill none, stroke white, width 4, draw a rectangle like on my tag on the left. Convert to raster. Duplicate and move it to right.

Select inside each rectangle with wand, and modify expand by 4, invert, add a paper to each side, and delete excess, deselect. I put Angelic paper 13 on left and Sinner paper 12 on right. For each paper, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Add the tubes as new layers below the frames, erasing any tube outside of frame. Duplicate each, gaussian blur 2 and change blend modes to soft light.

Add any scrap elements you like. I added some from both kits.

With font, type
When she is GOOD, she is very good....
And when she is BAD, she is better!
I added a slight gradient glow.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

With font, add your name, Position on tag.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on all layers.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X408. Fill the layer with white.

In color palette, change foreground to #2875a6, background to #080f1c. Then for background color select gradient Foreground-Background at Linear-224 angle-repeat 2. On canvas, use the rectangle preset shape-vector-stroke null-the gradient for fill, draw a rectangle like on my tag. Duplicate, On original convert to raster, on duplicate edit the properties to fill none and stroke white width 4 and convert it to raster.

On gradient layer select all-float-defloat, click Effects-Plugins-Toadies-Ommadawn with these settings:
From top to bottom 16:16:224:16.

Deselect. Click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance. Then with wand, select the black lines so it looks like this:

Add a new raster layer, fill with the gradient.

Select All-Float-Defloat, then Duplicate this layer 4 times for a total of 5. On first duplicate, click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Texture Noise with these settings: Grey Crinkles with all settings at default.
Repeat for next 3 duplicates clicking random once each. Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 duplicate layers. So you should have the original and then 4 duplicates that are texture noised.

In color palette, change foreground to #2875a6, background to #080f1c, Then for background color select gradient Foreground-Background at Linear-224 angle-repeat 2. On canvas, use the rectangle preset shape-vector-stroke null-the gradient for fill, draw an oval on the canvas like on my tag.
Duplicate, On original convert to raster, on duplicate edit the properties to fill none and stroke white width 4 and convert it to raster. On frame layer, select inside oval frame, modify-expand by 2-invert, add the image below the frame as a new layer, position it, and delete excess, deselect. Change blend mode to hard light and reduce opacity to 32. Duplicate and click Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes with the setting of watercolor.

Add tube to it on left, position it on bottom frame, then erase all tube you want outside of the frame. Duplicate, gaussian blur 2 and change blend mode to soft light. Sharpen original tube.

With star preset shape, stroke null-fill gradient-vector, draw a little star at top of rectangle. Convert to raster. Click Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with the setting of soft edge. Then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies with the setting of line, don't change anything. Then erase all the extra stars, only need 4. Duplicate and move that to bottom. Move both layers so they are below the ovals.

With the pen tool, stroke on the gradient, fill null, width 4, line style dash dot, draw lines on the canvas like mine, convert to raster.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with gradient. Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Duplicate it, move one to left and one to right.

Add the artist credits for the tube and image used.

Add your name to it with font.

Then we drop shadow all layers, I used 0,0,48,4 on every layer that needed one.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there.

After you are finished copying and pasting all of the layers, you save as a .gif file. Just click File-Save As and type in the name of your tag in File Name and just keep clicking okay until it is finished.

Open a new raster image 448X232, fill with white.

Add a new raster layer, select all, fill with #a984da, modify-contract by 4 and delete, fill selected area with white, then modify-contract by 8 and delete, fill selection with #a984da, modify-contract by 4 and delete, deselect. Drop shadow 0-0-48-4.

With pen tool, vector, stroke #88a568 width 2 and fill null, line style DashDotDot, draw a line on top white part, convert to raster then duplicate and move to bottom. Then draw a line on left, convert, duplicate and move to right. Now close visibility to all layers except the 4 lines, merge visible and then reopen visibility.

Select All-Float-Defloat, then Duplicate this layer 4 times for a total of 5. On first duplicate, click Effects-Plugins-Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures-Texture Noise with these settings: Grey Crinkles with all settings at default.
Repeat for next 3 duplicates clicking random once each. Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 duplicate layers.
So you should have the original and then 4 duplicates that are texture noised.On the original, add drop shadow of 0-0-48-4.

Change the color of the white bg to #ebdff1, add the flower as full size as a new layer above that layer, then on bg layer select all-crop to selection. Then on flower layer, Gaussian Blur 8, then Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes with the setting of square sponge. Then Effects-Edge Effects-Dilate then change blend mode to Luminance[L]. Duplicate flower layer and apply weave of Gap 2-Width 8-Opacity 4-Both colors white. Then change opacity of weaved layer to 48.

Add flower as a new layer, resize it to fit on right of tag. Duplicate, then gaussian blur 2, change blend mode to soft light, add shadow of 0-0-48-4 to original flower.

With font, add the text Celebrate Spring, position, drop shadow 0-0-48-4, change blend mode to hard light.

Add the artist credits for the tube used. Drop shadow and change blend mode to hard light.

Add your name to to it with font. Do same effects as other text.

**Now to animate**
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing, the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible. Open a new canvas 448X474, fill with white.

With preset shape rectangle, fill none, stroke #ffffab, width 8, draw a rectangle like on my tag on the left. Convert to raster. Select the rectangle with wand, and modify expand by 2, add a new raster below it and fill with #a36d4a. On yellow frame, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, and noise of Uniform-48-monochrome, then enhance again.

Open paper 6, resize to 474 and add as a new layer below brown frame, erase all paper outside of frame. Duplicate and move that below original. On duplicate select all-float-defloat, then click Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes with these settings:
Softness 24:Brush Bristles 42:Width 16:Opacity 94:Strokes Length 4:Density 24:Angle 288:Color black.
Then click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edge More, then repeat only choose enhance for this one. On original change blend mode to multiply and lower opacity to 48. On brush strokes layer, make it grayscale, then click Adjust-Color Balance-Manual Color Correction and change the #fefefe in the layer to #8b644d.

With preset shape rectangle, fill none, stroke #ffffab, width 8, draw a square like on my tag on the top left. Convert to raster. Rotate to left 8. Select the square with wand, and modify expand by 2, add a new raster below it and fill with #a36d4a. On yellow frame, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, and noise of Uniform-48-monochrome, then enhance again. Repeat all again rotating to right 8, and then another rotated to left 8. Select inside brown frames, modify-expand by 4, add paper 5[resized to 474] as a new layer below and invert and delete excess. Keep selected, add parts of tube to each and delete excess, deselect. Do for all 3.

Add bow between frames, resize and position, duplicate and move it to other frames.

Add tube as a new layer above paper, erase any tube below frame and if you want the top of her head above the frame, select that part on tube with selection tool, promote to layer, deselect and move that above yellow frame. Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light, reduce opacity to 74 and sharpen original tube.

Add some flowers to it, I put white ones in the big frame a erased any outside of frame. On right, I added flowers behind everything so they are just peeking out.

With font, type
Sweet Cherry
Position on tag, sharpen, then selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2, add a new raster below it and fill with #a36d4a, deselect.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Open a new raster image 448X300, fill with white.

With preset shape rectangle, fill none, stroke #cba276, width 8, draw a rectangle like on my tag on the right. Convert to raster. Select the rectangle with wand feather 1, and modify expand by 2, add a new raster below it and fill with #efe1d1. On darker brown frame, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance More, and noise of Gaussian-32-monochrome.

Repeat all this by making more rectangles like on my tag behind the bigger rectangle.

Add the image behind the rectangles one at a time, using different parts of it and erasing excess outside of rectangle.

For each image of the 3 small ones, duplicate image, selections-select all-float-defloat, and on duplicate click Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes with these settings:
Softness 24:Brush Bristles 42:Width 16:Opacity 98:Strokes Length 4:Density 24:Angle 288:Color black.
Then on duplicate change blend mode to Multiply. Do for all 3.

For big image layer, duplicate, selections-select all-float-defloat and click Adjust-Softness-Soft Focus and the setting of very soft. Then change blend mode to burn and on original big image sharpen.

Add the fan below the big image, resize and position.

Add the butterfly to bottom left of big rectangle.

Add element 19 to tag on right.

With lasso, remove one of the big flowers from element1, then position it on the right, duplicate and rotate it 180 degrees and position on top of original.

On white bg select all, then click Image-Crop To Selection. Resize canvas to 448x448 centered. Refill white bg with white.

Open paper 14, resize to 448 width, add as a new layer above white bg. Open ButterflyFlutterby mask, crop some of the excess blackness from it, then on tag on paper layer Click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then with deformation tool, shrink it down some so it does not look real distorted. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Then open paper 13, resize to 448, add as new layer above green paper, apply mask again, then mirror mask after deforming, Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks.

Add paper 14, resized, as a new layer above white bg, to canvas as new layer. Open Vix mask, then Click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image and select the mask in the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks.
Repeat with paper 13, except mirror the mask.

Add the artist credits for the image and scraps used. I added a small gradient glow to it.

Add your name to to it with font. Click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete copyright layer. Then crop close and resize to 400 width, height will auto size. Then canvas size with these settings: Center-Width 448-Height 448. Refill the bg with white.

With the By The Sea dingbat, select the circle layer, then with text tool, type the letter w size 98 with stroke and fill on #ffd801. Move this layer up so it aligns with the circle.
Convert to raster, duplicate it, erase the sun from it and change the yellow to green #58852b. Move it down so that it can be seen on bottom. On original sun layer, recolor the yellow clouds-mountains to green #58852b. On both click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.

Open the photo, resize it 448 height, add as a new layer on the top of the layer palette. Move it up some so the bottom of the photo touches bottom of bracket shape. Close visibility of it for now.
Circle layer, select the circle, then on photo layer right click and promote selection to layer. Deselect and move that new selection above the circle layer in layer palette.
Do the same for the bracket and the photomat, promoting and moving above that particular shape.
Now circle layer, selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-contract by 4, delete inner of shape, and deselect. Move that new frame above the photo layer and change color to #34581c and add noise of 98-Gaussian-Monochrome not selected, then resize 101%, then selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2, add a new layer below frame and fill with #aede76, deselect.
Repeat all this for the bracket shape.

Circle photo, selections-select all-float-defloat, then click Effects-Art Media-Brush Strokes with these settings:
Softness 24:Brush Bristles 42:Width 16:Opacity 98:Strokes Length 4:Density 24:Angle 288:Color black.
Deselect. Repeat on bracket photo.

For strip 1, change color to #34581c, strip 2 #89cc5c, strip 3 #203612. Then for each, first click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance, then click Effects-Texture Effects-Weave with these settings:
Gap Size 2:Width 8:Opacity 4:Both colors white:Fill Gaps selected.

Wordart layer, change color to #34581c, then Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More. Move it to the right some. Then with Angel Tears font add the word Mermaid and do the same effects and put it by Sweet.

Add tube as new layer, resize and position, sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light.

With dingbat font, do some shapes and put them on the tag where you want. I used a gradient of the light and dark greens from before and the shapes on dingbat of a, g, f, x and I. Apply the enhanced effect to all too.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with the greens gradient. Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Add the artist credits for the tube and photo used. I added a small gradient glow.

Add your name to to it with VTC Bad Tattoo Hand One font. Then Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen twice.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

Open Green photo, resize to 448 width, add as new layer to canvas, adjust position, Then click on white bg, then selections-select all and click image-crop to selection, duplicate photo, close visibility on the duplicate, and select original, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask 86 from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Lower opacity to 74.

On duplicate layer, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask 26 from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers.

Open golf cart photo, shift+D to duplicate it, close original. On layer palettew, promote bg layer, then with wand and these settings: Tolerance 10-feather 0, click on white part of bg, and inside cart above seat, deselect, then click inside the windshield part, make sure you get in the steering parts too, all the white selected, promote selection to layer, then delete that selection on original layer, deselect. On windshield layer, reduce opacity to 48 and merge visible. Then add to canvas as a new layer, resize and position.

Add tube as a new layer, resize and position, sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add other scrap elements where you like.

With font, vector, type
I'm Happy When I'm Teed Off
Position on tag, convert to raster. Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2, add a new raster layer below it and fill with one of your colors from the tag.

Add the artist credits for the tube, photos and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used either 0-0-24-4 or 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With text tool, vector, Pricedown Font, Colors to match tube, mine are Stroke #f7f3f4-width 8 and Fill #a3d8f7, size 448, type the letter S on canvas and move it to the left centered. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster. With wand, select the blue S, and then click Adjust-Add/remove Noise-Add Noise and use these settings: 48-Gaussian-Monochrome. While still selected, click Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes, with these settings:
Softness 4:Brush Bristles 174:Width 2:Opacity 8:Strokes Length 8:Density 48:Angle 316:Color black.
Deselect. On the stroke only layer, selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below it and fill with one of your colors, mine is #a3d8f7, deselect.

With text tool, vector, Pricedown Font, Colors to match tube, mine are Stroke #f7f3f4-width 4 and Fill #a3d8f7, size 132, type the letters weet on canvas and move it to the right centered, so it lines up with the S. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster. Add the same effects as for the S, the noise, Brush Strokes, the lining stroke with blue, only use 2 for expand instead of 4. Deselecting as needed.

With text tool, vector, Lane Font, Colors to match tube, mine are Stroke and Fill #a3d8f7-width 1, size 48, type the letters Beary on canvas and move it centered on the S. Convert to raster. Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below it and fill with one of your colors, mine is #f7f3f4, deselect.

Add the tube as a new layer, resize and position on left. On tube layer, sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light.

With text tool, vector, Lane Font, Colors to match tube, mine are Stroke and Fill #a3d8f7-width 1, size 24, Kerning 48, Leading -0.248, type
When All Else Fails, Hug Your Teddy
on canvas and move it to the right of the S. Convert to raster. Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below it and fill with one of your colors, mine is #f7f3f4, deselect.

Add a new layer above the white bg, fill with one of your colors, mine is #a3d8f7. Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Duplicate it just to make it more visible. With deformation tool, drag it out some to cover bg.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with Lane font. Then selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below it and fill with one of your colors, mine is #a3d8f7, deselect.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

If you are using a licensed image or tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Open a new raster image 448X448. Fill the layer with white.

With the text tool on Curious Device Ding, size 398 vector text with a darker color from tube for foreground, and background a lighter color from tube, type the letter i on the canvas. Then Objects-Align-Center In Canvas. Convert to raster. With wand select inside shape, modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below and fill with the darker color, mine is #000000. Then click Effects-Texture Effects-Weave, with these settings:
Gap Size 2:Width 8:Opacity 4:Both colors blue from tube:Fill Gaps selected.
Duplicate the original, move to above white bg, Gaussian Blur 10, then weave effect again with these settings:
Gap Size 4:Width 8:Opacity 4:Both colors black:Fill Gaps selected.

With the text tool on Curious Device Ding, size 398 vector text with a lighter color from tube for foreground, and background a darker color from tube, type the letter g on the canvas. Then Objects-Align-Center In Canvas. Convert to raster. With wand select inside shape, modify-expand by 4, add a new raster layer below and fill with the lighter color, mine is #aae1fa, duplicate this layer and while still selected click Effects-Plugins-FilterFactory R- Sinfinity, with these settings:
From top to bottom: 52:34:205:12:65:204:204:198.
Change blend mode to Luminance[L] and click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.
While still selected, invert, add tube as new layer, position it on shape and erase any tube from bottom, so she is standing in the shape. Deselect.
Duplicate the original shape, move to above blurred other shape, Gaussian Blur 10, then weave effect again with these settings:
Gap Size 4:Width 8:Opacity 4:Both colors black:Fill Gaps selected.
On tube layer, sharpen, then duplicate, Gaussian Blur 2, then change blend mode to Soft Light.

Add the artist credits for the tube used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.

With rectangle preset shape, vector, stroke white width 4, fill Paper 6, resized to 448, and draw 3 rectangles like on my tag. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster.

Draw a circle on the tag, like mine, using preset ellipse, vector, stroke white width 4, fill paper 3, resized to 448. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster.

Draw another circle, a little bigger than this one, using only black as stroke, width 2, line style DashDotDot. Convert to raster.

With rectangle preset shape, vector, stroke white width 4, fill Paper 7, resized to 448, and draw a rectangle like on my tag. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster. Select inside white frame, add a new raster layer above paper, fill with #c2d254, deselect. On paper layer, click Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Edges More. On green layer, reduce opacity to 74%.

With Rittswood Classic font, vector, type

With fill black, stroke null, size 6, no antialias. The • is done by typing Alt+0149 to get the symbol. Objects-Align-Center, convert to raster. Then click Effects-Plugins-Muras Meister-Copies and use the default settings of tile except change the gap to 2. Then select outside the green rectangle and delete excess text on text layer. Deselect. Change blend mode to Overlay.

With pen, draw 2 lines, so there is one on each side of the rectangle, using only black as stroke, width 2, line style DashDotDot. Convert to raster.
Draw 2 more so there is one at top and one at bottom. Convert to raster.

With rectangle preset shape, vector, stroke white width 4, fill Paper 6, resized to 448, and draw a square like on my tag. Duplicate this layer, edit the properties so only the stroke shows. Edit the original so only the fill shows. Convert both to raster.

Add the tube as a new layer, resize and position. Duplicate tube, gaussian blur 2, blend mode soft light, sharpen original tube.

Add scrap elements as you want. Put the shirt in the frame and erase excess. Add any other to tag.

Add a new raster layer above white bg, fill with #c2d254. Open mask, click Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, and select mask from the dropdown and with the settings Source Luminance with Invert mask data not selected, apply mask. Resize 108%. Then Layers-delete and select yes when it asks. Then on layer palette, ungroup layers or Layers-Ungroup Layers. Duplicate it just to make it more visible.

Add the artist credits for the tube and scraps used.

Add your name to to it with font.

Then drop shadow all layers, I used 0-0-24-4 or 0-0-48-4 on every layer that needed one.
