Supplies Needed:
A working knowledge of PSP
3 Tubes of choice
Template 5 by Stef from Freebie Friends
Dominated Scrap Kit from Tantrum, click scrapkits and it is the first Dominated
Xero Fritillary, free plugin, HERE, it is in set 4
Font is AL Script Hand, PTU from Two Peas

Open the template, click shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. Delete copyright layer. I then resized it to 448 width, the height will auto size. Then click Image-Canvas Size, make the size be 474x474, centered. Add a new raster layer at bottom and fill with white.

For each Doodle layer:
Select All-Float, modify-contract by 2, add a new raster layer and fill with #e72b89, then add noise of 48-Gaussian-Monochrome, deselect.

Circle layer, select all-float, add paper 13 as a new layer and delete excess, deselect.

Smaller circle layer, select all-float, add paper 1 as a new layer, resize 64% and delete excess, deselect.

Rectangle layer, select all-float, add paper 15 as a new layer, delete excess paper, deselect. Then click Effects-Plugins-Xero-Fritillary with these settings:

Change the color of the original rectangle color to #e72b89, then set the blend mode of paper layer to Saturation.

Add the tubes as new layers in between the frame fills and frames, erasing all tube outside of frames. Duplicate the tubes and apply Gaussian Blur of 2 and change blend modes to Overlay.

Frame layer, change color to #e72b89.

Add as a new layer glitter doodle 1, and position on tag. Do the same for glitter beaded chain.

Add butterfly 6, position where gray butterfly is, then delete the gray one.

For the text Rac's Showcase, change the color to black. Then separate the two words and position them on the circles. Then select all-float modify-contract by 2, add a new layer and fill with #e72b89.

Add the artist credits for the tubes and scraps used. I added a small gradient glow.

Add your name with Script font. I added a edge effects-enhance, then a small gradient glow.

Then we drop shadow all layers, I used 0,0,48,4 on every layer that needed one.

If there is any extra canvas, use the crop tool and crop it away.

If you are using a licensed tube, click on resize, then change the resolution to 72,000, then adjust the size to 100 percent, select all layers box and click okay.

Close off visibility of white BG and export as a png file.
